While doing online payment there was a server problem from your side so the payment was made from my bank and was deducted from my account as i saw that the application was still asking for payment so i again had done payment, now that the payment has done three times to dg shipping, I request you to kindly refund the excess amount which is been made on date 14 AUGUST 2022.

    CDC got approved but not dispatched yet

    I applied for CDC, and it got approved long back and not dispatched yet, Its a request, My VISA and SID process is lacking due to delay in CDC.
    It would be very kind of you if gets dispatch at earliest.
    As my CDC no also generated, but dispatch is pending from your end..
    It's a humble request from my end, It will be very king of you if you do it at earliest

    Myself Ajmal sadique, indos No 11NL3001, I Have made transaction for First Mate FG Phase 1 Assessment amount of 3000/r. s through Mobikwik Gateway on 01.08.2022

    Amount deducted from my account and mobikwik gateway was showing payment successful, but in dg profile application status was showing FEES NOT PAID, again...

    I'm sushant kashinath palande I have successfully completed procedure for SID card on 13 Jun 2022. Sid card number is as follows M32391870 .
    Still I didn't recieve SID card. On portal it's showing forwarded for dispatch but it's a month now I didn't get it.

        I've applied for my CDC on the 24th of May 2022. And it got issued on the 5th of June 2022.
        It's been more than 2 months now and till now I'm not received my CDC. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

          Dear Team I have done my payment for the CDC Application and while transaction was processed and money got deducted the server shows error and was taking me to a new page . I ahve checked my status but it shows pending for payment. Kindly tell me what I have to do as far as the website is true it says do not repeat payment and wait till 3 days . So is der any chance that my payment may be processed and successful or will the money be refunded back . I'm waiting for your reply.
