my name is hardikkumar somabhai tandel with indos number 12gl2069. I applied for cdc renewal on 20 may 2022 with application number smo(m)/2022/22263411 and after that my application is approved but i still not recieved my cdc renewal sticker till date.
I have to join vessel for sail and that renewal sticker is mandatory for that.
Here i'm attaching a application status for your information.

Please take necessary action to resolve my issue.

Card is not generated or issued where on DG shipping site is clearly mentioned within 10 days of submission of application you will receive notifications on the verification results of the application through an e-mail and SMS.
And now it's more than month still the same
In the site application in process.
Please help as i already paid double amount for the bsid appointment schedule
Nav bhavan office people said It was extra payment done due technical
Error and did not receive any refund and
Online transaction or Nav bhavan bsid office people are fooling somehow..
Nobody is helpful and their just showing such a bad attitude because they are government employees and i don't care these kind of people are representing our country show's that How slow-motion govt employees in reality.

Hope action has been initiated to get cards from the Government Security Press and accordingly BSID Card will be issued to all the seafarers in due course of time.

"Currently this service is unavailble" am opening on firefox browser everything else is opening perfectly fine except this .
