    Myself Shravan Sajeesh. I have applied for Indian CDC at SMO Chennai on 26th March 2022. The application status was changed to 'under process' on 1st of April. After that, there was no change in the application status. It is being more than 40 days since I applied for CDC. I have contacted SMO Chennai and they are telling me to wait more for my turn. I got job in one of the reputed Cruise line company. As part of that, my US Visa interview is scheduled on 25th May. If I don't get the original CDC before that, I might not pass in the interview. This might cause me to lose this job opportunity as well. Following are the details of my CDC application.

      Greetings sir,
      This is RUPAM RANA and my CDC NO- MUM 462026. Sir I am complaining everyday about this issue but getting no response from the authorities.The delay in the process is wasting my precious time and money. I am requesting you again please Dispatch my CDC so I can apply for further documentation.

        This is the third time I am writing this complaint and so far I didn't get any response neither from you nor from dg shipping.

        My CDC Application number is SMO(M)/2022/194320. It's been 40+ days in the processing but they still didn't dispatched my CDC. My request is to you please look into this matter and do the needful and dispatch my CDC as soon as possible .

                Please note that I had applied for the re-validation of my COC on the 13th of April 2022.
                The status changed to approved on 20th of April 2022 but the speed post tracking details are not reflecting in the system.
                Can you please advise me on the same so that I can track the COC re-validation sticker .

                            I have been waiting for the approval of my CDC for more than 2 months. There is no update yet except that it's showing "under process. The application number of my CDC is SMO(C)/2022/9272. Application name is VINOD KUMAR AKHILESH.

                              Sign off date correction

                              I submitt my documents for correction of sign off date on Master checker on 19 feb 2020, after few days they change my Incorrect dates. I try to mail them continuously but I'm not getting any rply from you please help i cant apply for cop from last few months my conditions is relly bad please help me to correct my dates on master checker

                              Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                              My cdc application was approved on 18/04/2022 and my indos number is 22ZM3671. I was informed upon approval of cdc application it will take a week to receive the cdc but I was checking the status on a regular basis and the dispatch information is still not updated. I was trying through contact details and I was unable to connect with the team.

                              My joining on vessel is on 08/05/2022 and I need to submit my cdc to the conpany. Kindly guide me about the status of my cdc.

                                Respected sir, I submitt my application for correction of sign off date on 19 feb 2020 with all required documents but after few days when dg shipping correct my date of sign off it was not not correct after that i mail you but i never get a response.. I try to mail them back but nobody response back.. Now I unable to join vessel and getting mark on cop that my seatime is having not same as per CDC and master checker.. Please help
