    CDC Application Not Approved

    Greetings sir,
    My name is RUPAM RANA, INDOS No. 21EM1049. Sir I have applied my application for CDC and it's been 20+ days and it's still in Under process and there is no way I can contact the authorities because all the contact details which is mentioned on the official site are wrong. My application no is SMO(M)/2022/194320.I don't know what is the status of my application, it's been 20 days neither they are rejecting nor approving....

        Don't worry brother, my cdc was also under verification process for more than 30 days but it got approved... so u just have to wait 2-3 weeks more...mumbai MMD is very slow on this matter... you'll get ur CDC approved by the end of this month...

          Today i received the SID with wrong name printed on it i.e.( Kumar, Shashi).

          Kindly note my correct name as per Passport, CDC & Dg shipping Profile is ( Shashi Kumar). i.e Without Any Surname.

          Kindly correct the same or send me the procedure to get it corrected.

                CDC application under process from past one month

                This is to bring to your notice that i have applied CDC in SMO chennai on 04.03.2022. Till now CDC is under process. I have to join ship soon. Please help me to get CDC As Soon As Possible.

                Not able to book appointment for BSID

                I've paid my fees on 3rd March 2022 for the BSID and the transaction was successful but i am not able to book appointment. Whenever i am applying to schedule appointment it shows "Please make payment before applying for appointment".

                My SID application number is 168808,
                Payment Transaction ID No. - WT[protected]DGSHIP

                Kindly guide me through this also find the attached payment receipt for your reference...

                Respected Sir/Ma'am,

                I need an urgent help. Tried contacting via mail and number did not get a proper response.
                I did seafarer registration and I have filled all the required details long back.
                Now when i type my id and password in the dg shipping login page it shows that user id and password does not match. I tried several times but it is showing the same and when i clicked on forgot password option the password which i received via mail doesn't match. It says user id nand password doesn't match. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com (My indos no. 13EL0949 / CDC No. KOL 126304)
                I request you to please guide me through and help me reset my password as i need to log in to my Dg shipping profile on priority.
                Hoping to get a solution from your end.

                    Cannot Cancel my appointment for SID application on BSID.

                    Hello mt name is Faisal Ansari, I cannot cancel my appointment for SID Application on BSID website. It says "You can not cancel appointment beacause your application is in process". How to resolve this issue....

                    As, self has not received the COC revalidation sticker till date and it is required for documentation purposes.

                    I understand during COVID times it may not be possible to dispatch the sticker.

                          I am Dishank sharma, my Indos no is 16EL2229 and epariksha id is [protected]@gmail.com, I was booking the seat for oral examination of MEO CLASS IV of function MROL on 7th march 2022, Payment of Rs 1000 got deducted and seat was not booked that was the last day of booking so I tried again and it was booked on second attempt and payment got deducted. I have also sent an email to epariksha helpline regarding the refund of Rs 1000 but i haven't got any response. I would request you to please take action on the same. I have also attached the transaction details.
