      My name is Manoj Sharma, INDOS No. 22ZM4641 . Sir I have applied my application for CDC and it's been 15+ days and it's still in Under process and there is no way I can contact the authorities because all the contact details which is mentioned on the official site are wrong. My application no is SMO(M)/2022/195045.I don't know what is the status of my application, it's been 15 days neither they are rejecting nor approving. My only request is to please look into this matter and do the needful.

I applied for seafarer identity card on[protected] after completing all procedures I paid the amount for the fresh application but I could not schedule the appointment but the money has been deducted from the account .             CDC Application Not Approved

            Greetings sir,
            My name is RUPAM RANA, INDOS No. 21EM1049. Sir I have applied my application for CDC and it's been 20+ days and it's still in Under process and there is no way I can contact the authorities because all the contact details which is mentioned on the official site are wrong.                 Don't worry brother, my cdc was also under verification process for more than 30 days but it got approved... so u just have to wait 2-3 weeks more...mumbai MMD is very slow on this matter... you'll get ur CDC approved by the end of this month...

                        Not able to book appointment for BSID

                        I've paid my fees on 3rd March 2022 for the BSID and the transaction was successful but i am not able to book appointment. Whenever i am applying to schedule appointment it shows "Please make payment before applying for appointment".

                        My SID application number is 168808,

                        Kindly guide me through this also find the attached payment receipt for your reference...

                        I need an urgent help. Tried contacting via mail and number did not get a proper response.
                        I did seafarer registration and I have filled all the required details long back.
                        Now when i type my id and password in the dg shipping login page it shows that user id and password does not match. I tried several times but it is showing the same and when i clicked on forgot password option the password which i received via mail doesn't match. It says user id nand password doesn't match. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com (My indos no. 13EL0949 / CDC No. KOL 126304)
                        I request you to please guide me through and help me reset my password as i need to log in to my Dg shipping profile on priority.

                            Hello mt name is Faisal Ansari, I cannot cancel my appointment for SID Application on BSID website. It says "You can not cancel appointment beacause your application is in process". How to resolve this issue....
