I have filled up the form for the application of SID, but i am unable to make a payment, the option for the fresh application is not getting selected, the only option that is getting selected is UK-Brazil appointment . Kindly help me in the above query and allow me to make payments for New SID application.

Now it shows that your application is rejected.

I have done the payment on 27th December and was waiting till 31st to update all of my documents and when on 31st I uploaded the same and now the application status is showing "null"
What does it means?

I am Amit Kumar Jha.My INDOS No. is 21ZN7084 and my Application no. is SMO(M)/2021/179663. I applied my CDC on 03rd Dec 2021 and it's issue on 24th dec 2021 and yet it's not dispatch .it's going to be a month soon and I didn't get CDC and I want that on Urgent Basis.

I mailed so many times but I didn't get any response from your side.

Please Sir or Ma'am kindly look into this and do the needful at the earliest.

I had applied for my BSID in the last December or so, for which I first got a appointment in March, but since it was a partial lock down, I tried to contact the dg shipping office to know if the appointment was still on no one answered the phone or give a yes or no answer to the mail, so went all the way from mahim to V.T. spent RS. 1000 on the Uber ride only to find out that they are not operating.
now i had a 2nd appointment on the 20th of sept, and they sent the BSID to the post without the proper address, and I was told by other friend who had the appointment with me that they had received their cards, so on checking the portal I realised it was dispatched and on going to the post office to enquire I was told it was sent back to the GPO, it is only then that i reaslied that the did not mention the name of the building on the address.
This is the way they harass the seafarers, so now what should I wait for another 3 or 6 months to get it? who is going to take responsibilty for this, there is not even a proper complains or grevience line for this portal they have, so unorganized.
