Hi team,
I am applying for SID as for has submitted successfully but when I am trying to make payment that time while clicking for Fresh Appointment is not working as other two options are bale to click.

Note: I am using Mozilla browser only.

    I cant update my sign off date & sign in date in mastercheck

    Am Dharaninesan. J. INDOS NO: 19GL7771, CDC NUMBER : MUM 399634, PASSPORT NUMBER : S9608403. I signed in to Sibu Glory at Sibu, Malaysia on 22.09.2019 as a Wiper. Due to this pandemic situation of Covid-19 I could not sign off at my turn. So company transferred me to another ship named M.T. Dongfang Glory on 23.11.2020 as a wiper at Sibu, Malaysia.             Regarding CDC application SMO(M)/2021/172088

            Respected Sir,
            I had applied for fresh CDC to SMO Mumbai on 21st Sept 2021.
            The application is still showing under verification process.
            Application number SMO(M)/2021/172088.
            The issue is my 10th board have not received any verification mail regarding my CDC application.
            Please look into the matter as my CDC application is under verification process since last month.
            I require this CDC urgently...
