I had my appointment on may 16 for sid card I did not receive any confirmation email from them as said after booking my application I will get my confirmation, I couldn't go because covid lock down in state of tamilnadu. I want to reschedule my appointment but I am not sure wheather dg shipping office is opened or not. I tried to call you but no one is answering the phone as Chennai has some lock down relaxations.

I have applied for renewal of Cdc on 10 th may 2021, application no SMO(K) /2021/22225518. On the status of dg shipping site still shows application approved but regarding about sticker still there is no any update. I have been waiting long to get my renewal sticker. I have not got any mail if there is anything deficiency. Kindly help me out. Thanks.

My sid application got rejected at Mumbai center just before two days of biometric, the name in my indos also included my father name but in my CDC it just had my name as Lakhwat sunilsingh. After making the necessary corrections my name is in indos is showing sunilsingh Lakhawat as in indos its name first than surname, now I am trying everyday to submit my application but it's getting rejected and it's saying fathers name is included the comment they have not changed I don't know why they are rejecting it. According to me I have made the necessary corrections as per my CDC it's same in indos as well as CDC but why status is still rejected I don't know. So please do the needful and please let me know the problem or what has to be done and whom to contact. With any contact details.

Hello sir this is Hardik Dilip Saroj.my first sailing was[protected]fresher), contract was of 9(+1-1) but they were not giving signoff, so i sailed for 12 months, on signoff day they just paid me 5 month salary(1000$)and remaining they promised me to pay after going India. They forced us to sign the letter, they were not handling our passports and tickets, so i sign they letter and they let me go.reaching India I call for my money they say next week, next week and now they don't reply me. Pls sir its my request to recover my salary .monthly salary 200$ . they paid me 1000$, now they have my 1400$.please sir help me out of this problem.

I applied for my SID last year but the application was rejected due to name mismatch between name on SID application and CDC register.

The name on my DGS/INDoS profile is the same as on the SID application and also when I check on CDC Checker on the BSID website, it shows my name as it is on the SID application.

I emailed MMD CDC department as well as INDoS cell but got no response. Also tried calling but no one picks up phone.

Please tell me what to do? Can I apply for BSID one more time or do I need to apply for CDC name change? If so, how as there is no option for name change and only option is for replacement.

Please help...

I sunny jamwal serving as chief officer .i just share compain against sri ram institute...that the working procedure of sriram institue is very slow..they dont even attend student calls...they dont bother deposite the course fee in dg shipping which bring the exit exams delays..and worried about course completion task..Many students have same complain...pls look after ths matter sir...i ll be thanks to u sir

I write this complaint to bring to your notice that my details regarding the Chief Mate Phase-I Course were not uploaded in the Master Checker by the institute, and that my already devoted time and efforts will be a waste, if this is not rectified soon.

I joined the Chief Mate Phase-I classes from 15th March, 2021 (copy of payment / fee receipt attached), and have been regularly attending the classes (which can be verified from video recording of the classes). My application status was duly approved by the Institute (Hoon Maritime Institute, Kolkata), the screenshot of the same is uploaded in attachment for ready reference. I have been receiving the daily class recordings in my mail as a proof of attendance and topics being covered during lectures. My attendance was also marked everyday which can be verified from records.

I had also informed my employer regarding the ongoing course and the readiness was given after the date of completion of course.

However, on 28th May, 2021, I had been informed by the Institute that my details were not uploaded in the Master Checker due to their mistake. I was unable to access the Master checker on my end earlier as it was under maintenance. When I requested the Institute to fix their mistake, they said that it was impossible now at this stage and that I shall have to join the course again and re-attend the classes for another 3 months. I have already devoted about 11 weeks for the classes and I should not be penalized for the blunder committed by the Institute.

You are therefore requested to kindly intervene and direct the Institute to amend their fault and upload my course details as soon as possible so that I am not imposed to the loss of my precious time, money and energy.

I shall be highly obliged for the same.

For your information, I have raised the complaint via email to the Training branch of DG Shipping. I have also raised the complaint on the Grievance Redressal Platform (Date- 28th May, 2021) of the DG Shipping but I have not received any response from the DG Shipping. Even the MTI (Hoon Maritime Institute) accepted their mistake and requested the Training Branch of DG Shipping but there was no response. The e-mail was sent by MTI on the 31st of May, 2021 which is as follows-

"Respected Sir,

Please note there has been clerical error while uploading Mr.Karanjeet Singh Makker (Indos No: 14NL1549) in the Chief Mate Phase 1 March Batch( Batch No. 103), which has been realised by the Institute on a very late date.

He was NOT uploaded in the same and Mr.Parth (Indos No.:11NL0530) was uploaded by mistake.
