Good day Sir/Madam,
Myself Sathishkumar Chelvaganesh (INDOS : 04NL2028) (CDC : CH51799).
I am presently awaiting to join my next vessel as 2nd Mate.
As my company’s requirement, I tried applying for SID.
But, It appears that my DG profile password has become invalid.
I tried "forgot password" option & I got a display on my screen as my password was sent to my email. But, i didn't receive any password /mail at all.
I have sent email to DG shipping "[protected]@dgshipping.com"

My DG profile ID : 04NL2028
My Email ID : [protected]@gmail.com,

It is my humble request to you to reset & provide a new password.
Awaiting your kind help.

    CDC application approved but not dispatched

    Dear Sir/Ma'am,

    I've applied for CDC on 9th February 2021. It's been almost two weeks and it's showing application approved.
    It hasn't been dispatched yet. I've been told that it takes 5-7 days after the application is approved to be dispatched.

    Please look into the matter and solve the error.
    My application number is SMO(M)/2021/152614....

        CDC renewal application status still showing under process

        Respected sir
        My name is Dhanush.pd., I have applied for CDC renewal on 3/ Feb/2021, in Chennai MMD .still the application status is showing under process .my CDC is getting expire on 28/03/2021, Kindly find a solution for my problem .

          Good day sir/madam

          This is Geda SriKanth, INDOS no 08NL2737, applied for CDC renewal on 19th Jan 2021 and re-upload all the required documents as per the remark mentioned in the application status.

          Now after applying for the CDC renewal I have completed more than 1 months time and still unfortunately I haven't received my renewal CDC sticker yet. This status is showing approved from almost 1 week onwards and still the renewed sticker not yet posted in post. My CDC renewal application number is SMO(M)/2021/22249927.

          I have already missed few of my ship joining oppertunity only due to not having CDC renewal sticker in hand.

          Please kindly do the needful.

            My BSID card (04ZL5112) was rejected on 15 FEB 2021 because of given name (JOEL) is not matched with Indian cdc name as ALMEIDA JOEL RICHARD.
            Same day I apply for another appointment for SID and it’s on 12 MAY 2021 . Because of busy schedule of SID appointments there is No empty slots in between.
            But the issue is my LOE joining vessel date is on 2 May 2021 . If I join the vessel on same date, am unable to attend SID Appointment. If there any extra slots open in between I will apply early and complete my SID.
            There is any chance to get appointment. am try to check on SID portal but no earlier slot available.

              Cdc renewal sticker name correction

                    Good day sir,

                    Kindly note that I Krishna Kumar Mishra (indos no. 01GL2057) have applied for COC revalidation having application no. COCRVN/MMD(M)/2021/6026 on 3rd February 2021.
                    On the 11th February, I got a query back and I resolved the query by reuploading the documents that was mentioned in the query but still the status of the application did not change and I got no response. I would be really greatful if you can...

                      Good day Sir,

                      I had summited my application for CDC replacement (Application no: REP/SMO(M)/2021/45279 on 24 Jan 2021. I have attached all required documents and paid the fees online and status of Application showing "under progress"
                      On 5th feb status changed to "query back to applicant" and they asked for reupload self attested scanned passport copy. on 7th feb i reupload the passport and email them same on [protected]@gov.in, but still till date status is "query back to applicant. I tried to write them emails but no reply.
                      Sir if you have any contact no and name where i can call and talk to them so that i know what is actual progress. Sir my company is lined me up for joining also so this became little urgent.
                      So plesse could you resolve this issue as early as possible.

                        I have done application for CDC renewal (Application no: SMO(M)/2021/[protected] on 11 Jan 2021. I have attached all required documents and paid the fees online.
                        In between there was query on 4th Feb regarding signed application which was cleared on the same day for signed application.
                        Application status is still under process( query back to applicant) .

Shipping Mumbai on 14 January for SID card.on DG shipping website the status of my card is printing from26 days.not been delivered.myfrind already got SID card who went to Dgshipping Mumbai 10 days after me .MMD Mumbai and dg shipping no one is picking up the phone.

                            I have applied on dated 15th of Jan 2021 for renewal of CDC
                            But till now have not get my stickers.
                            On dated 9th of feb 2021 one update is come in my dg site that you have to clearify the dealy reason of CDC renewal thru email and also upload your passport copy. That I have done all the query but still haven't recvd any update yet from shipping master office.
                            From that day I have sent 3 email again for update but no response is coming yet.
                            Sir please look into this matter soon
