Respected sir/madam,

I applied for indian cdc on 12/06/2020. My application number is smo (C)/2020/7642.
Its more than 45 days till now my indian cdc under process.
Kindly, please help me in getting my indian cdc without that i can't get my job in where i previously worked. I am too afraid if my application stays under process for too long then that will affect my carrier a lot. Please help me in this matter. Hope for a good result.

তারপরে তারা আমাকে বলেছিল যে আমি আবেদন করার 4 মাসের মধ্যে আমার সিডিসি পেয়ে যাব।
তবে এখন এটির months মাসের বেশি আমি এখনও আমার সিডিসি পাইনি।

I am amandeep singh. I have to download indos certificate online. But when i am trying to download from mozilla firefox it is showing blank. As i have tried in different browser. But the result is same as i am getting blank page. This thing i am trying last 15-20 days. Please help me to resolve this issue. My indos number is 19em0052

I am gaurav kumar. My cdc no is kol117622. Place of birth was not mentioned in my cdc. For the correction of that i have sent my cdc to kolkata mmd with all the right documents. They have sent the my cdc through speed post on the 26th of june 2020. But cdc has not reached to me till now. And i have asked many times for the dispatched no to the shipping master of kolkata. But they are not giving me the dispatch details. Sir my shipping company has planed the vessel for me, they are asking me to get the cdc as soon as possible.
So sir please help me to get my cdc back. It will be my first ship. Sir please do something for me.

I am everyday seen my indian cdc for booklet and dispatch from 2 months. But it is only process. Kindly please help me in getting my indian cdc. Without indian cdc i can't get my job anywhere. My name is nirmal kumar gupta. Cdc no: mum200790 and indos no:11gl4290. I had applied for a replacement cdc on 03/mar/2020. The cdc has been issued on 16/mar/2020 (As per details available on the website). But i have not even received any postal dispatch details.
As i need to join the ship in first week of the next month. So please arrange to dispatch my cdc as soon as possible to the address given below.. 👇👇👇

I have submitted a application number smo (M)/2020/22243549 for the renewal of my cdc booklet on 16/june/2020 with all required attachments. Its already 14/july /2019 and the status is still showing "query back to applicant".
My joining has been delayed for the same reason as my company required my cdc renewal sticker before joining.
Please help me by issue my renewal cdc sticker as soon as possible. It will be a really kind of you.

My application status showing application approved on 26 june 2020 while checking online through masterchecker issue date for cdc showing 26 june 2020.
From Then iam waiting for my cdc dispatch details but still same status with no further update.
My Company asking for cdc for joining.so please look into matter as iam the sole earner of my family.

I am a seafarer and had applied for Indian seaman book (Cdc) in February 2019. The address at the time was in Tamil Nadu. It took around 3 months to get that cdc delivered but I relocated to Dubai where is my work place, so it got returned undelivered to dg shipping Kolkata.
I tried several times to reclaim it through the e mail and I got one time reply that I need to send 50 Rs stamp along with one reference letter I did the same twice the time in two months gap and then I have acknowledged them through e mail many times but no response at all. Please through this complaint is there any possibility to get my Indian CDC or not.. Because I am tired of this please help me out.. I can give my application number which is SMO(K)/2019/11127 dated 26/02/2019. My CDC KOL 114197. Million thanks If this complaint will reach the Respective authority.. Kindly send my CDC Book..

Application no. Rep/smo/ (M) 2020/43125 for replacement cdc: cdc no. Mum131590

I wish to bring to your attention that i sherwyn fernandes had applied for a replacement cdc (Mum131590) on 4th march 2020 at your office at ballard estate mumbai.

The cdc has been issued on 24th march 2020 (As per details available on the website) and as such on account of the prevailing lockdown may not have been despatched and is still lying in your good office.

I had visited your office in the third week of june 2020 and was advised by the gate keeper that the office is non-functional and the office was locked.

To date, i have not even received any postal despatch details. On multiple occasions i tried calling your office, but with no success as the phone just rings and no one answers the calls.

As i need to join ship in the next five days can you please arrange to despatch my cdc at the earliest to the address given below:

Regularly checking status online but it's same for the last 3 months.

I'm prasad kamal sen holder of the indos no - 18el0905. I had applied for cdc, application no - smo (M)/2020/135172 and the application was approved and
I got speed post no. Em[protected]in for it's delivery. But while tracking the speed post no it's delivery destination pin code is showing 281204 which is a postal code in uttar pradesh. And it was delivered there on 26th feb. I called on post office in raya uttar pradesh they said same consignment number is allotted to 2 different person.
I'm trying to reach you from last 5 months. I'm not getting any update on my case which is same consignment number is allotted to 2 different person regarding the continuous discharge certificate (Cdc) and i have mentioned this in earlier mails too. The company that gave me placement is asking for continuous discharge certificate (Cdc), without this i cannot join work. Could you therefore please send me the continuous discharge certificate (Cdc) as it is urgent.

I would also be grateful if you could include details of delivery and postage

I have paid the due amount for cdc application but the status is still showing not paid.

Please note i have applied for cdc renewal sticker on 9th june 2020 to dg shipping mumbai and same day i have paid fees & uploaded my documents to be approved by dg shipping for the renewal of cdc.
Until now it’s showing “application under process”.
When i called up dg shipping for the enquiry there is nobody to pick up the phone.
