My self vince varghese i applied for cdc replacement and it approved on 2nd december 2019. Still now it not showing any dispatch detail. I have joining. I also lost my 2 joining because of not getting cdc. Plz sir plz help me to get cdc
I tried to contact mmd but doesn't pickup phone. Plz sir help me to get my cdc as soon as possible.

I applied for cdc on 30/10/2019 and it’s been more than a month i haven’t received my cdc. Main thing i don’t know how to track the cdc as i am trying to track but i am not able to. Could u please help me with my cdc as i got my visa dates coming and i need my cdc to be shown. Please help me with cdc

It's been 1.5 years and I have still not received CDC, I dont even live on the same address anymore. I have shifted to delhi. Trying to call and contact for last 1.5 years whenever I can.

I need my CDC to be delivered on my updated address as on my adhar card.

I have sent many emails regarding this to [protected]@gov.in and [protected]@nic.in and [protected]@nic.in but no response.
Also no response on cop grievance tab in dg profile.

This is kanhaiya kumar having indos no.-11el0835, had applied for my coc (No.-mum203726) revalidation in kolkata mmd. My application no.-cocrve/ mmd (Ko)/2019/500, has been approved and dispatched on 22nd oct 2019 by speed post but yet to deliver in my address till today. Sir i request you to provide me speed post booking details so i can loadge a complaint or suggest me other option for the same.

My cdc application number is smo(M) /2019/122986 dated Sep 8 2019.
My apication approved on 19 October 2019, and cdc issued and its number is MUM 400726
till today they haven't dispatched my cdc

My name is sreenivasan. I hold a class 4 coc and my indos number is given in the certificate as 00el2429.
I have joined an institute as a lecturer and to my surprise find that my indos number is deactivated.
Sir, i have done all my courses from dg approved institutes.
Now, i have been unable to do any course and also my job is at stake.
This is a question of my reputation and integrity.
Please let me know the reason for the deactivation which is unwarranted and also please reactivate the above indos number as soon as possible.

My name is peres carvalho. I would like to inform you that my indos number is 17sl4949 and it has been temporarily deactivated. I had done my "personal survival techniques; fire prevention and fire fighting; elementary first aid; personal safety and social responsibilities; and security training for seafarers with designated security duties" courses from r. M. Maritime academy, navi mumbai in the year 2017 and this institute has been blacklisted now.

As per the requirement of directorate general of shipping, mumbai now i have done the same courses of "stcw and security training for seafarers with designated security duties" in "b. P. Marine academy" belapur, navi mumbai from 14 september 2019 to 28 september 2019 and my certificate numbers are "[protected] and [protected]".

I have already submitted the letter along with the copies of my new courses to directorate general of shipping, mumbai and i have even sent emails.

I request you to kindly reactivate my indos number. This is my humble request please consider my case. I will be always grateful to you. Please do the needful.

I have been trying to contact through phone or by email but there is no response at all.
Now i have got a job in a training institute but unable to do courses since my indos number is deactivated.
