I have been trying to contact dgshipping helpdesk and contact personal to solve my problem on cancelling my cdc application ref# smo (C)/2019/6280
It was submitted on april 28 2019 by mistake. I need to re apply with correction in my name asap.
Unfortunately web not allowing me to do so, without cancel the previous one.

I need very urgent attention to have cancelled. Kindly help me out.

HI Team,
This is Condred Rodrigues, Sound technician On Board the Viking Orion, This is in regards to medical disembark for myself .

I reported the medical centre for my stomach pain on 26th April 2019. and I was given tablets but there was no relief of the tablets, after two days is went back to the medical center for a follow up and I was treated with same saline bottles and painkillers, I was for the whole night in medical center for observation but there was no one present to observe . Same day at 2:30 am when I called the duty nurse for my pain, the nurse replied you need to bear the pain doctor will only seen you in the morning, I was crying the night with pain and no one to look after me all alone in medical center, next day morning on 30th when the doctor came for check up I informed him about the pain and doc advised for medical disembarkation and I was take to the hospital in a ambulance in Hiroshima along with the port agent at around 8:30am . My friends were asked to pack my luggage and stuff as the ship was about to sail at 13:00 . my bags were send later by the port agent, I reached the hospital in Japan and it was difficult the communicate with the doctors in there as the didn't know to speak English, Port agent was also finding it difficult to talk in English to me and translate what's going on, I asked for water as I was thirsty, they just put me a bottle of saline In my veins, they were asking me something when I'm trying to reply in English it was difficult for them to understand stuff a well, they did different test and some Ct scan as well in that much time, as soon as the Ct scan was done they were waiting for the surgeon to reply and I was still left thirsty without any information what is going on with me. After the surgeon arrived he communicated with the port agent in local language and left . the port agent was finding it difficult to explain what the surgeon said to him. As soon as the surgeon left, it was like everything is normal with me they just removed everything and made me sit in the reception area, I asked the agent what's going on he replied saying the translating the result in English . I was still in pain no one bother to ask me about the Pain when I told the doctor in the hospital he just gave me a tablet and said eat the tablet . I then had the tablet where I had to find water from a local filter in the hospital and was made to sit in reception area for almost like 1 hour 30 minutes, then the other agent arrived and I was moved(walking) from reception area to billing desk with the agent. I didn't know what's going on, as I was not informed about anything, after almost 45 min, we left from the hospital and was way to port agents office, On the way I was taken to 7 Eleven for food where in I just bought 2 bottles of water and a burger and was driven back to office from there . Once in the office I was made to sit in a small cabin which didn't have a bed to rest or anything, Agent informed me that he is gone email the ship doctor with the reports and wait for the reply from the ship of me joining back . time (15:30) after an hour the port agent informs me that he has emailed the doctor and he is going out for some work will be back within 2 hours. I was left all alone there with 2 bottles of water and a burger and no one to take care of me nor to update me . at around 18:30 an employee from office come and tell me that they are processing me documents for me to travel to Osaka and I have to travel by a bullet train all alone with my luggage, he then gives me 5000Yen . and says its for lucnh and dinner . I asked him if he can book a cab for me as it was difficult to travel all alone with bags in train and with this pain, He just got pissed off on me and he replies it not possible to get a cab for it you need to travel by train . I had no contact on ship as well, I just messaged my cruise director and got in touch with him about it . at around 19:45hours I was informed that I had to travel to Osaka by bullet train and the agent will pick me up in Osaka, where in at 20:00 hours I was then driven to a building which was closed, I didn't know what that was I had no updates on it, was waiting in car for almost 30 to 40 min all alone as the port agent went in . After that I was taken to bullet train station all hungry . I asked the agent to at least help me with one bag . I got the train at 21:03 from Hiroshima till Kobe, which is a hour 15 min journey, with my luggage all alone, as soon as I got off in Kobe at 22:15 hours the Port agent picked me from the station and helped me with luggage as well, I was then driven to hotel still no food just had water with me . I asked the agent, if its possible I can get food he replied saying its 22:30 everything is closed here, only option was supermarket, I reached the hotel at ROUND 22:30 IN Kobe and the agent checked me in it was 22:45hr . I asked me if possible I can get some food he gave me 2000 yen as dinner expen and took me to a supermarket which was just 50mts away from hotel . I grabbed some sandwich and went back to the hotel . which was around 23:00 hrs, and the agent told me that the pick up is gone be at 7:30 in the morning. I checked in the hotel and had a rest for 6 to 7 hours . at 7:30 there was a pick up ready for me, where I was then driven to port a 45 min journey . I was at port before the ship arrived, waiting long for the ship to arrive and dock as well, I joined the ship as a normal crew member retiring from home . luckily the housekeeping guys helped me with my luggage to get it in . I meet the doc he said u need rest its normal and I was medically off for the day . The only medicine give is Pain Killers to me and I was send back to my cabin and asked to report to medical the next day at 9:00 am .
I didn't know abt I'm suffering from till I read the report which was in English converted . it was a kidney stone but agin they didn't know how big it is or anything, I asked the doctor about it o the ship and he said he doesn't know about it as well .
Being hungry for the whole day with no food and only water and then again waking up early in the morning to get back to the ship . No time to rest nor a bed to rest after hospital, I am really disappointed with this, I'm still suffering from pain here onboard and they feel me fit to work
It's almost more than 12 days now me still suffering from pain I'm only treated with painkillers here.The ship.doctor gave me medicines when I skipped a days medicines they made a big issue saying if I have to go home i need to pay my own tickets n stuff, I said a sorry and continued the medicines but still there is no relief, everything is being taken lightly here with me, it's only on painkillers me surviving and ntng else, I spoke to them to send me home for treatment they said its normal you can work n drink water the stone will fall.off but now it's more than 12 days me.getting this pain even after all ct scan n stuff. Now this is really bad bcoz everything is taken very lightly here on board I still have 2 months more to complete my contract and I cannot bear the pain here .
Is this how a crew member is been treated on Viking, I would not like other Crew member to suffer the same.
Spoke to the Human Resource manager on Board if Possible I can Fly back home and get my Treatment done, Still waiting for Reply..
I'm still onboard having my normal work schedule and we sailing into Alaska.
Would be great full if I would receive a help

There is a correction in my master checker profile in sea service details section which is filled by placement company and correction is to be done by dg shipping or shipping master.

Wrong entry is sign on date - 01 may 2018

It should be 30 oct 2017.

From my company side they did all they can.. They paid the fee in bharat kosh and took necessary action.

From mmd side they also acknowledged the same and they sent acknowledged documents to company which i am attaching here also but didn't correct the mistake in my master checker.

I gave my class 4 exam and got coc and that time i gave all these documents to mmd noida and they accepted it.

Now i applied for advance dce from mmd noida they didn't approved my dce and saying untill you have wrong entry in master checker we can't approve your dce.

So i sent all these documents and written mail to mmd noida as well as to dg shipping and when i call to mmd they are saying call to dg shipping and when i call them they are saying call to concern mmd.

Now sir i am very depressed as i am unable to join my vessel due to dce although i applied for it and having all documents but still due to correction which can be corrected by dg shipping or mmd department.

Please look on this matter and correct my sign on date in master checker.

Myself jaimashi minz cdc no ch107528. I have sent my indian cdc for some correction to chennai mmd on 12/04/2019 by speed post and tracker showed delivered on 16/04/2019. I tried to reach mmd several timer but there was no response. Know i dont know anything about my cdc whether cdc is with mmd or not. If cdc correction is done any imformation about dispach.
