Myself jaimashi minz cdc no ch107528. I have sent my indian cdc for some correction to chennai mmd on 12/04/2019 by speed post and tracker showed delivered on 16/04/2019. I tried to reach mmd several timer but there was no response. Know i dont know anything about my cdc whether cdc is with mmd or not. If cdc correction is done any imformation about dispach.

Updated by Julious J Minz Its been more than 30 days still i dont have information about my Indain CDC. I have sent my CDC for correction on 12/04/2019.if correction is done and got dispatched then please advice dispatch details.

I had applied for CDC replacement on 08/04/2019 and my application no.-REP/SMO(M)/2019/36462 and I courier my old CDC to your good office as well same received on 15/04/2019 but status still the same since I applied "under process".

    Sir, my name is jaimashi minz cdc no ch107528. I have sent my cdc for some correction on 12/04/2019 speed post from my home address which is in chattisgarh. Post tracker showed delivered on 16/04/2019. After that i dont know anything about my cdc i tried many time to reach chennai mmd but there was no response on phone. I had to join ship on 06/05/2019 now again have joining on 11/05/2019. I need to know whether my cdc correction is done or not. If done anything information about dispach.

                My name is karteek kumar boothi bearing cdc number mum 216155. I had applied for cdc replacement on 12 april 2019 has my cdc got damaged in recent times. My application number is rep/smo (M) /2019/36587.in dg shipping egovernance, the application status is showing as application approved and new cdc issue issue date as 24 april 2019, but i hadnt received my cdc yet.

                Grateful if you kindly inform me the status of my application and of my new cdc, as i would like to join vessel as early as possible due to some financial issues. I tried to contact shiping office through telephone but unable to receive any response.

                            Please note self applied for cdc renewal and application was accepted after asking to upload documents once more in between as per mail received by dgs.
                            Recently i checked the status and it is showing that status is "rejected" (Attaching screen shot from dg shipping website) but when i click on "view sent mail" it shows "no document".

                            Please guide me on below-

                            1. I request you to advise me what needs to be done to have my cdc renewed.
                            2. Reason why this application got rejected.

                            Request you to help me on this issue asap as self need to join ship and only awaiting cdc renewal.

                                  I jyoti prasad sarkar being a seafarer was trying to do gmdss coc (No.57640) revalidation. While doing log in, i forgot the password then i clicked on forgot password. Then it had asked for user id and registered email id. For your information my indos no. Is 01xl1373 and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com, when i put my 'user id and registered email id' it is showing 'email id does not exist', and therefore i am unable to log in as a result unable to do gmdss coc (No.57640) revalidation.
                                  Please do the needful to register my email id so that i can do my gmdss coc (No.57640) revalidation.

                                    This is shemins, who done a gme course and badly waiting for my cdc, from january.

                                    I cant express my feelings on a email because its a third party application to share my experience. I hope the concern department will look into it and make the processing asap.

                                    I am already 29 of age, means on my last chance i undergone the course and waiting for my cdc. I hope peoples who validate the application will be able to understand my situation and do needful.

                                      I am a seafarer and had applied for indian seaman book (Cdc) in september 2017. The address at the time of applying was for delhi.
                                      It took around 3 months to get that cdc delivered but i relocated to shimla which is my home town, so it got returned undelivered to dg shipping mumbai.
                                      It tried several times to reclaim it through the e mail and i went by myself to the office of dg shipping mumbai but nobody entertains you there.
                                      The people at the entrance of the office will not allow you to see or to meet the shipping master, however they will ask you to write e mail, from which you will never get a reply.

                                        Unfortunately, shore station is not available in the list to apply for gmdss radio operator endorsement certificate through online.

                                        I have a valid gmdss certificate. And also have 1.7 years experience in dg approved under control shore station in karaikal. And also have company provided letter of experience certificate.

                                        What is the procedure to get my gmdss radio operator endorsement certificate?
