My name is krishnakumar ramanathan. My indos no 17zl5490. I done my stcw certificates in 2016, one of the college in chennai. I get my indos no after done my course. Still my certificates not yet uploaded in my indos no. I continuously asking the college they say dg shipping making delay. Pls can u give the solution. I have received information that seafarers are being flying from bhubaneshwar airport without the immigration clearance and rpsl company letter,
I really don't why it's going on as per the new rules any seafarers is not liable to fly without rpsl updation,
And many non rpsl agents are sending seafarers to malaysia without rpsl letter or immigration...
