My application number is SMO(M)/2018/31666 Im apply my fresh CDC on 12th May 2018 and my CDC application status is still under process .so with due respect regards and honour I want to know when my Cdc will be approved. it has been around 60 days ago and I am not going out for sailing it is getting delay because CDC is mandatory. so I request you to please kindly update my CDC status

Respected sir, i did seafarer registration and i filled it with all detail and also i update my email id. After that it showed my user id and password. That id is 09GL5900 same as my indos no. Now when i type my id and password in the dg shipping login page it shows that user id and password does not match. I tried several times but it is showing the same and when i clicked on forgot password option it says id doesn't exist. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I request you to guide me what to do in this scenario cuz it's important to update my profile for online booking of exams. Hoping to get a solution from your end.

Sir I paid 2 lacks 40 thousand rupees for my onboard training for dementus ship management india private limited in Mumbai .they didn't send me for onboard tranining . I am asking my money return from 5 months .they are not returning my money . they are threatening me by calling through lawyer . they are sending some post dated cheque . please take action against this, try to help me to get my money return. they have done same thing for so many people

Respected sir. The submission of my cdc application is on hold as the pssr course certificate has not been uploaded as per the message received at the time of submission. I have completed all the required stcw courses as per dg shipping. My indos # 11hl3428. Pssr course completed in july 2012 through maritime institute sci, powai - 72. I am assigned to join ship by the end of this month.
The institute is awaiting your approval to upload the same. Please be kind enough to help me out in this matter.

Good evening sir,

My name is joseph sherin. Holder of a valid indian deck cadet cdc. I have been recruited by an agent called rassiya shipping, mumbai on may 21 2014. They gave all papers regarding for tanker. When we reached hamburg, germany it was a roro vessel. When i complaint about it via telephone to my intermediate agent prasad suryavanshi, what he said was "he doesnt own shipping company, work in what we gave you". I had to remain on that vessel there was no option for me. Once we sail out from there, in the midst of sea somewhere african continent one night some small boats came with so many packages and told us to arrange it by the cargo superindent who himself was saying the owner of the vessel. I refused and complained to the cheif officer. Finally chief officer who was an indian tried to call our agent rassiya. But he didnt reached. People who speak arabic came in the boats were throwing the packets to ship. Finally with the assurance of cargo superindent that the nature of the cargo is nothing other than tobacco would be proved on the arrival of next port. There were 12 indians including me who were sent by rassiya. Five or six days after this our ship was intercepted by the italian coast guard. I was doing my daily maintanance work then. Suddenly they came close and told us to stop. I went to the bridge and reported they are saying so. Chief officer was also shouting to stop the vessel to captain. But captain and cargo superintend was never had the intention to stop. They locked the bridge and told us to go down. Coast guard started fireing and ship stopped. We all got arrested and imprisoned for two years! And after that the italian high court of sicilia declared me and other indians are innocent. While i was detained there rassiya and prasad sooryavanshi promised me they will give you the stipend for my contract. But since 2016 june 16 when i released till yet they didnt even contacted me. Even when i called their response was really harsh.

I cant do anything against them sir. So please i am kindly begging you to understand my situation and help me with all the possible ways. Thank you for your kind observation.

I had filled up my cdc application on the 5th of april, 2018 and uploaded my documents on the 10th of april, 2018, and the status as of 17th june, 2018 still says "under process". My internship is due in september and this issue is causing severe delay.

I mr angelo magno rodrigues hno 395/1 second arvalle cortalim goa an able seamen have piad for my continuous discharge certificate CDC with smo number SMO(M)/2017/10078 ON 25 AUGUST 2017 but till today i have not received my cdc which is holding me back to join the shipping industry please help it is urgent. the indian government is doing this to its own people its a shame please take action or this this will be posted on soscial media as soon as possiblle i have all the document attached with this complain please follow up.

I had applied for fresh Indian CDC on 10th of May and after that I have no notification about the status of my CDC. I do check it on the website but it is still showing under process & is been 30 days today. I called the helpdesk / customer service number but there is no response or sometimes their number doesn't connect. At least they should send me a mail if it is rejected or tell me what's going on as it's been 30 days. If you or anyone could give me a proper DG office phone number that I should contact to, I would really appreciate that.

My cdc application was by mistaken submitted. On 30th may 2018. I want to cancel my request of application.
There is typing error in my application. My passport number is j8490457 but it appears in online application is j849047. Only this error is to be corrected in my cdc online application.
I need to reapply for the same with correct required data. Kindly help me out. Thanks.

Smo (M)/2018/14966 from mumbai... It's still under process but my friend applied cdc 5 april 2018 with application no. Is smo (M)/2018/21906 is approved but not mine... Please give me a reply.. My cdc request is rejected due to not uploading the medical certificate appendix v.
But while i was applying, the system is only asked for appendix iv. So apparently i uploaded appendix iv.
Now my application is rejected due to not uploading appendix v.
How could it be rejected due to not uploading appendix v, when there no field in application to upload appendix v?
It doesn't make any sense.
