I m pardeep here my cdc no ch 20375 and india no 02dl 6055. I apply my cdc for replacement 21 april 2017 application no replacement/smo (M)/2017/16909 but my cdc untill not come my home. Whithout cdc i can't join ship, in master checker i check list issue date is 12may 2017 view. Please sir this is very seriously my problem i apply in mumbai please help me sir.

Sir I have applied for correction of my next of kin name in CDC. The date of submission was 24th march 2017. The CDC has not yet been corrected and very supportive excuse given by the shipping office is that the person responsible for correcting the CDC is on leave. Sir my CDC NO. is MUM 269181, NAME- MD KAMIL IQBAAL. I dont know how a big office as such doesn't have a supplementary​ official who can officiate that post.

I have applied for fresh Chemical DC from Mmd Delhi and they provided me with only one year validity. I want to tell that last year also I applied same fresh Oil DC from Mumbai MMD and got validity for 5 years.
When I called mmd delhi they are not giving me any clarification specially man named DEEPAK and after that I again called and they put my call on hold as he is not present on his desk.

This is a very bad response, I have got from DGShipping. My CDC was applied since long and every time it has been rejected. Now I have applied again and still showing under process since Sept. These people working over here is like go to CST office and then from there (CST office), they say goto your concern consultant and then from there they sent me to the head office of CDC and they send me back to CST office. Still I'm waiting for a good response. Can anyone let me know what has to be done now?

I am writing to you today as i wish to make a formal complaint about the director mr badal singh b. P. Marine academy, sai pooja chembers, sector - 11, c. B. D., belapur, navi mumbai-400614. As we applied admission in b. Sc nautical science, he ask us to pay fee of one lakh rupees as a admission fee to block your seat, we paid to him but admission not confirmed so we canceled the seat asking him to refund the money but he refuse to do so, stated that once paid its not refundable.

I have already taken the initial steps to given formal written complain to mumbai university, however up to this point they have failed to help me out.

O i am requesting to you kindly take action against it and help me with the same.

My name is Rama Mohan Kotla & I sailed on MV OOCL Kaohsiung, a container vessel of 5888 TEU capacity, as Chief Engineer from 19th May 2016 to 19th Sept. 2016. This vessel is owned by a Japanese company & managed by Synergy, Chennai. I am Chief Engineer for the past 18 years & was invited for this company's seminar being conducted on 5th & 6th October in Chennai on the occasion of company completing ten years after inception. Inward & outward flight tickets were sent by SMS & later on the same day, i.e. 26th Sept.'16, they were cancelled. I got SMS messages from the airlines regarding my flight tickets cancellation. But when I called up the various people in the company, the replies were vague. Attached the three SMS messages. Feel it is very arrogant altitude on their part to treat me this way. Requested them though an email reason for cancelling the flight tickets without assigning any reason. I kindly request to take up the matter with them

My name is is suryamani gautam (Master mariner), while renewal of dce it was found out that 2 indos number exist o1nl 0959 (Starts with alphabet capital "o") and 01nl0959.
My indos numeris 01nl0959.
Kindly update the system with replacing indos number o1nl 0959 (Starts with alphabet capital "o") to 01nl0959

I mailed indos cell on 5th of sept.2016 and the sent and received a reply from them that they have forwarded the excel sheet number 17 to the desired department for solving the problem.

Problem still exist and is unresolved, i called up e governance and they indeed asked me to contact shipping master (Mumbai).
Already mail t shipping master mumbau, indos cell and e governance.

Appreciate that the problem is attended soon and resolved. If this problem is not solved i am not able to apply for any document.

I have applied cdc in hindustan maritime institution kalpakkam chennai. When i contact them, they told it will come soon.Now it is for three and half month.My colleuges had got the cdc last month itself. I have wrote emails to dg shipping of india regarding problems with company goodwood ship management india. No response have been received by me. They are not replying to my emails. The company goodwoodship management is doing monkey business and removing old officer by giving bad reports which is creating problems in future of other seamans.
