Dish TV — Cheating payment and services

Vc number:[protected] . I every month correct date recharge. But not benefit. Because march 2016 i recharge 4 th date rs 295 but you next recharge 31 march 2016, 4 days decrease. Anyway, yesterday next recharge date so i yesterday recharge rs 310 but not full month benefit, i recharge 2:04:2016 but you next recharge date 27:04:2016 i very shocking. Every month this problem. Waste of money. Please expect my recharge date.My mistake for dish tv buying.You increase monthly recharge but not benefit

My VC no: [protected]. I recharge date 04:03:2016 but you remember me for next recharge date 27/03/2016 and switch off date: 30/03/2016 .so I very shocking because I recharge date 04:03:2016 but you next recharge date 27/03/2016 I correct date I recharge but short day's. I every month correct date recharge but why days short or low.

Why not you answer?
As im the Customer of Dish Tv since more than a year. and i have faced lost of problem with the technical issues and with the setup box if i click the remote button it will take 3 to 5 mins to respond, upon calling to the customer care they just suggest me that they will send an technicians. the service is pathetic.

Before I 295 Rs recharge and you increase recharge amount so, you SMS send me for please recharge 310 Rs so I correct amount recharge 310 Rs. So, please expect my next recharge date.3 month ago I bought this dish TV, before I use videocond2h but not this problem videocond2h. Please resolved soon as possible.

no response even after recharging

i tried to contact even after waiting for 5hrs after recharging . i hav beeen trying customer care for last 5 hrs

SONY AND SAB CHANNELS DEACTIVATED WITHOUT INFORMING

I am unable to receive sony, sab tv, set max etc since few days. The customer care numbers are also not working. Kindly request you to activate these channels as soon as possible. Thank you My account no is [protected]
