My dish tv vc no [protected]

My pack is silver saver cricket south pack
This pack is india team playing match is telecast that channel...
But last month india tour of banaladesh matck not viewing telecast channel...

Now india-england match viewing star spotrs 3 hindi only..
I dont know hindi, so request to dish tv for star-sports 1
I talk nodal officer no [protected] chennai, but she is no more profer answer..
Yesterday i talk to customer care, result is same as...
Today i mail to ceo dish tv...

I got reply from ceo
But no more answer about not telecat last month bangalesh match
