[Resolved]  Dish TV — fraud sales offer 100% cashback on dishtv

Hello public grievance officer,

This complaint s against fraud sales offer of dish tv.
I received multiple sms from dish tc for 100% cashback of recharging of rs.250/- or more and the sms was received on 21st november, 2017.
Based on this, i made recharge of my applicable pack amount of rs.361/- on the same day using paytm wallet on 21st november, 2017and gave the missed call to the requested number.

Then after that, i sent multiple request and sent all the applicable screenshot to dish tv.

But after receive all the necessary screenshot and valid evidences, still disv tv team is doing fraud commitments and they are not calling me back and activating the applicable offer.

I am creating this complaint in consumer portal to receive necessary compensation after i wasted enough of time to receive the applicable offer.

Please take necessary action against dish tv consumer officers and provide me the solution for this complaint
