[Resolved] Dish TV India Limited — non availability of selected channels | |||
I had availed one dish tv connection with vc number [protected] two years ago. Now i have opted for channels as per my requirement on 15th of february as my recharge was due on 21st. I have contacted dish tv through their call centres not less than 10 times to get my selection activated. But nothing happened and they have disconnected on 21st. On 21st i called them 5 times to get my selection activated. As per their direction i paid rs.100/- again and it is for 3 days and they promised that new rates will be activated as per my option immediately. As per my selection the monthly payment will be around 150/- only and now i was paying more than 800/- monthly. Again my connection will be disconnected today. Please arrange to redress my problem.
