Facing issue regarding freezing 100 bst channel in videocon d2h. I couldn't remove any of these 100 channels, so, if i select my preferable channels by not touching the bst channels, it is costing me far more (As per ncf regulation). Also, very very poor website performance (Since last two weeks the portal acting very very slow, even login couldn't be possible sometimes Due session time out) and customer care also couldn't be connected (You have to try continuously about 10-15 times at least, then also connection could not be made), it seems they are doing it on purpose to make us choose as per their combo Please intervene immediately Was this information helpful? | |||||
