[Resolved]  Dish TV India Pvt Ltd — Not providing the required channels

Sub: Cheating the customers by dishTV India Pvt Ltd, Noida. Most humbly shewith Sir I am a regular user of Dish TV and recently I changed my set up box with high definition set up box with account Number [protected]. formerly I was paying 220 per month for the desired channels .After changing the set up box I paid Rs 500 and informed them that I require the following channels and set the channels according to my requirement 1. 701 Asianet 2.702 Suray T.V 3.703 Asia net plus 4.708 Kairali TV 5.709 Mazhavil Manorama 6.711 DD malayalam 7.716..Asianet Movies 8.Discovery channel( 464) 9..Nat Geo (466) 10..History (470) 11.Star sports -3 (659) 12.Star sports -1(662) 13.Sony six (664) I wrote to them repeatedly that, I required the above mentioned channels only and I do not require any other channels . Instead they forcibly providing me unwanted channels and charging Rs 415 per month . I wrote to their customer care service on 7.08.2015, 08.08.2015, 16.08.2015, 17.08.2015, 18.08.2015. They inform me to do it myself and pay for three months in advance, which appears to be against the customer's interest. customer care service is an integral part of dish tv India Pvt Ltd.and instead o[censored]pdating the requirements they give me repeated direction to pay more . This is nothing but cheating the customer my forcing them to use unwanted channels and collecting their hard earned earning of a customer . I think similar customers must be suffering likewise me from them I request your honour to intervene in the matter and advise them to provide the requirement only. I also request you to penalise them so that they will not try to befool the other customers also . Hoping for your kind anticipation and favourable consideration
