[Resolved]  Dish TV India — Recharge of my VC [protected]

I have been a customer of DishTV for many years with the above VC. I paid Rs 4800 on 11 Sep 13 through my bank account HDFC Bank vide reference no.[protected] and has been debeted from my account. Since last week I have been been able to view any channel the TV screen says that my VC has been Deactivated. Please investigate and take necessary action as soon as possible. I halso have another connection in the houseHDMI VC no. [protected] which was recharged at the same date and active. I also wish to update my Registered Mobile Number for both connection as [protected] Regards Uma Lama
