Dish TV — Installation error | |||||
Hello, I have installed dish tv last week.The technician who came to install the connection mounted the antenna on wrong slot, that slot was meant for different flat number. Now builder asking asking us to put the connection in my flat slot since every flat has their own slot at terrace.When I called the technician he was arguing stating that there was no slot mentioned when he came to install and he is not ready to correct his error..He is asking for re installation charge.There are 22 people staying in the flat currently and everyone has their connection in their slot so it means the numbering is done since before but technician is not ready to accept.Please help or guide me the way to escalate the issue or help me to get the connection removed.I expect better service if I have paid money.
