[Resolved] Dish TV — Money theft from my recharge by company | |||
REs. Sir, I, Mr. ANSARI SHAFIQUE AHMED (A/C NO. [protected]) my recharge Date was 16.11.15 I have SUPER PLATINUM package of Rs. 485/month. I recharged on 15.11.15 of Rs. 500. When I received sms by company, they are giving me next recharge Date 14.11.15 that is only 28 days whereas package is of 30 days. and what about my excess amount of Rs. 15. IS IT NOT A TYPE OF THEFT? Company is looting the people. Why should not I go to jury. People should know about this fraud. I wand my money back or solve my problem soon. Please do some thin .
