Dish TV — No resolution regarding change of plan | |||
To avail Pick by channel I recharged my account and had chosen accordingly. After recharge they say that my recharge is successful and I was given a token number. In their website they have put up that they' will call back on the RMN. But there was no call and the package did not activate. Rather it was only continuation of the current package. When I call up customer care I found they were less than informed about their services and could not resolve things. Was this information helpful? | |||
