[Resolved] Dish TV — transferred account balance and terminate my vc no. | |||
Respected sirs / madam I am mr. Sanjay vithoba waje vc no. [protected] registered mobile no. [protected] Registered email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com On 16th oct 2017 sombody transfered by balance of rs. 3132 to unknown vc number and disactive my vc. From that date i continuosly calling to our customer care dish tv team and senior team, but they have not able to resolve my problem. I am also surprised that what can you transfered my account balance of rs. 3132/- to another unknown person's vc no. And disactive my vc no. Without my confirmation and nothing any communication with me. My. Old vc no is[protected] in sd and recently i converted the same into hd vc no [protected] after payment of rs. 799/- on 28/09/2017. I am recharge my vc on 29/03/2017 for rs. 4380/- package new all sports for the year and taking benefit of 1 month free. You are requested that kindly transfered my balance to my vc account and activate my vc no and take into consideration of my in convenieance.
