I purchased plot no. 401 in May 2010 till today the plot is not developed & I haven't yet received possession letter of my plot & the said plot is not developed even fencing is not done between two plots for separation of plot even though no water tap connection no drainage line connection is there. Non refund of payment

I had booked a plot in btr project (Malshet ghat) and had done 90% of payment. Due to financial problems i had to cancel the project for a refund in oct 2015. Registration of the plot was not done and i was told that i would have to wait till the plot is not sold to others (Till date i dont know the reason but what i assume is that disha did not wanted to take a hit on their comission).
