I had booked a plot in btr project (Malshet ghat) and had done 90% of payment. Due to financial problems i had to cancel the project for a refund in oct 2015. Registration of the plot was not done and i was told that i would have to wait till the plot is not sold to others (Till date i dont know the reason but what i assume is that disha did not wanted to take a hit on their comission). I waited patiently untill i was told that my plot is sold and that by refund would be received in the month of jan. But my luck, in jan i was informed that the refund cannot processed as the buyer of the plot has only given a token amount...It was really heights of the excuse for not giving my money back. I made several calls but no response. Atlast approached the manager which was the worst thing i did. The manager promised to speak and get back to me atleast with a pdc of my refund. That was a nightmare as i never received her call and to add to it ehenever called to speak to her she was not available. Finally when i got her over the phone she had a big mouth to say that she be busy throughout and that she had no time to call me...This is what a customer service you get in disha direct. It talks about big values about their customer service in the website but i doubt if the team ever read about the values. A big message to santosh naik is to preach what can be practiced. He needs to know how his customers are treated. Customers are treated as god when they are in need but when it comes to refund their money they treat them as a dog. My worst experience i had with disha direct in my entire life. Will never ever recommend disha direct to anyone.
