[Resolved] DishTV — account balance error

I have balance in my dish tv (Vc #[protected]) but still showing low balance and i am unable to view or move the channel to 96. I tried refresh and also erases epg&flash and downloaded new software. Still the problem continues. No use, still shows low balance. Please find an exact solution and inform me. I tried all the ways and informed from your call center.
