Hi,
I have bee getting non stop calls from dishTv on my vc connected number. Though I've activated DND on my phone number, still i am getting daily 4 to 5 calls. In case i cut the call, they keep calling till 10:00 pm. in night. There in no solution by blocking these numbers as there are different mobile and land line numbers.
I'm mentally harrassed and depressed by such marketing. I just want to case on them. Please look into this as soon as possible or I have to take some serious action.

      Every night I am getting promotional calls from Dish TV . I have complaint regarding same last month as well but no revert from Dish tv and still I am facing sane trauma.

          I have paid INR 171 on february3, 2022 through Bank of Baroda for DishTv recharge and the payment gateway was BHARAT BILL PAYMENT. The payment has not yet been received by DishTv and is still pending. My Bank of Baroda Order id is[[protected]].

            I have paid INR 370 on January4, 2021 through HDFC netbanking for DishTv recharge and the payment gateway was PAYUMONEY. The payment has not yet been received by DishTv and is still pending. My HDFC Bank reference number for transaction is[protected].
            I am attaching here the screenshot of my bank's transaction that tha payment has been received by the merchant Mr. Anil Kumaras their record shows. Please refund my money i you can't transer that amount in our DishTv account number [protected] running in my wie's name Smt. Suman Sharma.

            Dear Sir/Madam, I paid INR 370 for DishTv recharge of our account number 025 3629 5415 on 04/01/2022 vide bank reference no. 220046411009 through HDFC Bank netbanking from my saving bank account number 13531000001056 and the payment was transferred to PAYUMONEY gateway merchant someone Mr. Anil Kumar as the bank says. Actually the payment hasn't been transferred to our Dishtv account till now. Therefore you are requested to resolve my grievance to get my money refunded, as soon as possible.               I have recharged my DishTV account and my account is active. Even after recharging it the same error is shown on the TV but no change even after sending a number of commands from DishTV app as well as calls to the specified customer care number. The same error number 102 is shown on the TV and in the troubleshooting section of distv app as well as in the calls they informed to keep the TV on channel number 96 but Iam unable to do any changes even changing the channel and I don't even know on which channel the error is in.

                Sirs,
                I have been a regular customer of Dish TV for more than 10 years ( since June 2010). My VC number is [protected] and registered mobile [protected]. I recharged Dish TV on 12/01/2022 with Rs.3600 through internet banking by debiting my account which displayed on the laptop screen as FAILURE, so I again debited my account through internet banking which was successful with Rs.3600.00. So there are two debits on my account on 12/01/2022. My Dish TV account is credited with Rs.3600 only. The amount of failure transaction is still with Dish TV and the company (Dish TV) has not returned me till date.
                I therefore, request you to look into the matter and make an order to them to refund my amount.

                  I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different numbers on my mobile number i. E +91-[protected]. Many times i have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I have even tried blocking the numbers but they call from different numbers everytime. Screenshot of my phone call log for today is attached. This is pathetic and not acceptable i have recieved more than 50 calls from dish tv and even after telling them to stop, they are calling again and again. This has been going on since months now.

                    As a customer I am sick and tired of the daily promotional and marketing calls from Dishtv. I am seriously thinking of disconnecting Dishtv and taking some other service for peace of mind. The callers do not even speak english and it is a horrible pain for customers when you keep calling them multilple times daily. Please stop this nonsense immediately. Their website does not even provide an option for customers to register for DNC option. Please help.

                      When the Recharge coming closer, they irritate the customers with Spam calls.Even If we recharge the Set-Top-Box, THEY DIDN'T STOP SPAM CALLS.

                            I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different Kolkata land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times I have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime.

                                  We are using Dishtv one of our family member upgraded it that changed STB VC number and i was not informed.
                                  On[protected] I’ve recharged on the old VC number [protected]. With below transactions
