I have recharged my DishTV account and my account is active. Even after recharging it the same error is shown on the TV but no change even after sending a number of commands from DishTV app as well as calls to the specified customer care number. The same error number 102 is shown on the TV and in the troubleshooting section of distv app as well as in the calls they informed to keep the TV on channel number 96 but Iam unable to do any changes...

I have been a regular customer of Dish TV for more than 10 years ( since June 2010). My VC number is [protected] and registered mobile [protected]. I recharged Dish TV on 12/01/2022 with Rs.3600 through internet banking by debiting my account which displayed on the laptop screen as FAILURE, so I again debited my account through internet banking which was successful with Rs.3600.00. So there are two debits on my account on 12/01/2022....

I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different numbers on my mobile number i. E +91-[protected]. Many times i have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I have even tried blocking the numbers but they call from different numbers everytime. Screenshot of my phone call log for today is attached. This is pathetic and not acceptable i have recieved more than 50 calls from dish tv and even after...

As a customer I am sick and tired of the daily promotional and marketing calls from Dishtv. I am seriously thinking of disconnecting Dishtv and taking some other service for peace of mind. The callers do not even speak english and it is a horrible pain for customers when you keep calling them multilple times daily. Please stop this nonsense immediately. Their website does not even provide an option for customers to register for DNC option....

When the Recharge coming closer, they irritate the customers with Spam calls.Even If we recharge the Set-Top-Box, THEY DIDN'T STOP SPAM CALLS.
So, kindly remove my Number from Calls List....

I'm getting promotional calls from Dishtv. It is like mentally harassing situation. I want them to stop. They are calling me every 2 minutes. I blocked many numbers still they are calling daily from other phone numbers......

I don't know if that's even legal. Many times I have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I am Receiving 20 calls daily from Dish TV and even on insisting them to stop the call, it is still going on. Need immediate action on this as this is a nuisance everyday....

We are using Dishtv one of our family member upgraded it that changed STB VC number and i was not informed.
On[protected] I’ve recharged on the old VC number [protected]. With below transactions
1.[protected]
2.[protected]

I’ve transferred 200 rs two times and now i want my money back called on customer care they refused....

My neighbor do by mistake recharge on my wrong vc number I want to transfer my recharge to my current vc number but I also contact to customer care but he doesn't respond please help 597 was huge amount for me at this corrona time...

I receive calls from DishTv on a daily basis. This is literally mental harassment.

Every time these b**tards call from a different number, so can't even block it.

My number is in active DND list, but still these guys have the audacity to overpass the TRAI regulations.

To be very clear, i Don't want any calls, whatsoever from Dishtv.

Someone has falsely open DISH TV account from with my Indian mobile number (+91 [protected]).

Currently, I am living in USA. Every night I am getting calls from Dish TV to recharge account etc. Need immediate help to get out of this truma....
