    Dear Sir / Madam, I have Dish Tv Connect vide V.C Number #[protected]. I had recharged my monthly plan INR 335.00/per month for three month amt. 1035.00 on 04.03.2015 and I had received call from Dishtv on 19.03.2015 for their offer on plan 470.00/per month but I refuse to accept this plan. Now on 20.05.2015 we seen on our tv screen from Dish Tv that our validity will be expire on 24.05.2015, In this regards I had made call to Dish tv customer care on 22.05.2015 to Mr. Sabir Ahmed, Mr. Arvind & Mr. Gaurav. I have informed them that we had not accepted any above said offer by their associate and they implement the same without our confirmation. They deny to accept my complain and said that you have confirmed us. Then I ask them to provide a proof of my acceptance. They also refuse to provide evidence of this conversation. Further Mr. Gaurav have promised me to check the detail and call me within 24 hrs. But I did not received any call from Mr. Gaurav and any other associate of Dishtv in this regards. Again today on 25.05.2015 I called to Dish TV and speak to Ms. Suman, Ms. Busra and Ms. Saini but they agreed fault of their associate and but they did not accept my request and not increase my validity as per my monthly plan INR 335.00/month.       Hi my VC [protected] .From one week all most every day we are facing this signal not found 301 issue. When we try to contact the dish TV customer care, first they don’t pick the phone or if they pick phone they suggests for technician. I am just sick of this. It seems like they don’t care about their customers and their problems all they want is money.

        Yesterday when the power line of the set top box was switch off, the the box was not functioning after the power line was switch on. The fact of complain was comunated to you over phone.             On Apr. 22, 2015 I took 2 connections of DishTV for my residence. APEX MARKETING (SF) technician who came to install left the work unfinished on Apr. 22 & did not even reconnect my old cable connection. As I was left with no TV displays I made a severe complaint after which the same technician came to reconnect my old cable connection. The following morning the same technician came to install two dishes for my 2 TV's. He tried to cheat on the installation cost. On rechecking his installation cost he gave lame excuses for the mistake. As the all the channels of HD services were highly unclear on one of my TV's I made a complaint with Customer Care on 17.05.2015. The same technician of APEX MARKETING (SF) came in the afternoon to attend to the fault on 18.05.2015. He barely commenced his work when he started getting calls on his mobile. He worked for about half an hour when he quit working & said he would continue the day after as the following day was his off day. I received a SMS message saying "Dear subscriber your DishTV request No.17949935 has been closed successfully. ... " Seeing the untruthful SMS I lodged another complaint. I was given a Complaint No. & an SMS was sent to say that the technician would come between 12.00 noon & 13.00 hrs. on 19.05.2015. NO ONE CAME from APEX MARKETING (SF) on 19.05.2015. For the last 3 days the HD Services remain without proper picture. APEX MARKETING (SF) is a useless service provider. On complaining this to the agent who had provided me with the DishTV connection said that there were 3 or 4 more service providers but they were even worse. SO PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR DISHTV because their service is exceeding poor.

              There are so many complain about dishtv new connection 1) No free 70 channels are showing 2) no timely service updating 3) company worker works badly on about service 4) MAIN AND IMPORTANT: JAB mai naya connection liya tha tb service provider be kaha tha ki hm apko do mahine ki recharge free denge and jb ek mahina pura huwa connection deactivate g Ho gya Jb mai service provider ke pass phone kiye to usne pay-later service upload krdikrdi air bola ki him baad me krwa dunga abhi network problem chal RHA hai. Finally usne nhi krwaya aur yaha tk ki phone bhi receive nhi kr the hai.                 I m Deepak Agarwal and VC no. Is [protected]. I had recived a called from dish Tv on[protected]. They told me we gave u 30 days free A-la-cart. Pack hd hbo define. I said ok. But dish tv charged me 99 rs per month. When i complaind to coustmer care they refuse me for any disclaim. And they cut my phone.

                  My Viewing Card No. [protected] I have opted addition of 1A -la-carte in the month of March 2015 to my regular plan SUPER FAMILY PACK. Now I am looking to drop the addition of 1a-la-carte and want to continue with SUPER FAMILY PACK only. I made recharge for next 3 months by selecting for SUPER FAMILY PACK only using internet banking only yesterday. I assumed that after the expiry of previous payment my pack will be SUPER FAMILY PACK only. I was surprise to note it automatically added 1a-la-carte with it and made monthly subscription payable as 270/- instead of 240/-. Please arrange to modify my present viewing plan accordingly. I tried to find modify the pack using your website . But there is no provision. So writing this mail.

AFTER ONE MONTH WHEN I DID NOT RECD ANY CALL FROM DISH TV, I HAVE CANCELLED MY ORDER BUT TILL DATE NO REFUND IS MADE BY DISH TV. If the company doesn’t have spare parts which costs Just Rs 50 then why the customer are forced to buy the entire dishtv. it is the company responsibility to bear all the expenses.                                   Dear concerned Our mistake my mother's due to her old age recharged wrong vc no [protected] on 22 Apr 2015 of Rs 360/ through Dish Tv recharge shop . Our right vc no is [protected], I told shopkeeper to transfer money on right vc no. but he avoided to do that and he is not ready to do that. Customer center at our taluka place told us to do that from recharge shop where it has taken place. So therefore i request to you kindly credit Rs 360/ to our vc no [protected] My Mob No [protected] Thanking You...wishing kind attention to Senior Citizen.

                                      Dear Sir I was received a offer message on 05 Feb 15 that ` Get 5 months fee on recharge of 7 months. In response, I was recharged my dish TV (VC No [protected]) on same date i.e 05 Feb 15 through your authorized dealer for Rs 1610/- (230 x 7= 1610.00) for 7 months value. But the next recharge date allotted on Oct 15 instead of Feb 15. During confirmation, your representative replied that my recharge done on 06 Feb 15. Hence you con’t get this offer. My question is that, I was paid a whole amount Rs 1610/- for 7 months on 05 Feb 15 through your authorized person. Then why I will suffer for loss for your technical miostakes. You are requested to rectify and reconsider the your end and update my next recharge date. Thanks Dammi Lal [protected]
