My dishtv service stopped from last week, Response from the customer care is not proper, Today I got only very few channels, I have already emailed the nodal officer twice, but no response, Today i dropped two sms but no one bothered to call . RETURN MY MONEY and disconnect the service.. Vc NO [protected]

    Hi, I am DIsh Tv Customer of area Neeladri Layout, Electronic City Phase -1, Bangalore South, Bangalore -560100. I am facing 301 error since 4 days (Issue on 29th Oct 2014). I have called customer care of Dish TV many times. Every time they given me the Phone no. of local vendor[protected] & mob no. [protected] o[censored]nitech Solutions, No. 38/8, 1st Main near Muniswanappa Layout, Bangalore-560068. When I called to Unitech Solutions they found very careless .They took my complaint 3 days back. But it is not resolved yet. Whenever I ask the status they just say it will be done today, or technician went on appointment .These guys are very careless and casual approach. They still haven't fixed the problem yet. I asked customer care to escalate this to higher authority but they also didn't take any action at all. They just keep on saying your issue will be addressed but I didn't find any action yet. It is really stressful situation for me .I except a strict action against such dealers. Due to which customer like us suffering like anything.       It is with great distress that I write this. I thought DishTV was a good DTH to subscribe to, but now I'm having second thoughts. Firstly, it is so, so, so difficult to get through the phone and when we do we are made to hold for a considerable time and then abruptly disconnected. Secondly, the Sony channels have been abruptly stopped, SonyTV, Sony SAB, Sony Max, and Sony Max2 have been stopped. I had also asked that the news channel a la carte be stopped which has not been done yet over a month. Please look into the matter or I will be forced to discontinue and look for another service provider. My VC no. [protected] and my RMN is [protected].

      If your representative will take several days to attend to my complaint what is the point in continuing with your services. I feel I should approach the Consumer Redressal courts.
      My channel pack price is Rs. 320/-, In which all Sony channels are viewed. But on 31/10/14, from my pack Sony channels are removed to a-la-card pack, which is chargeable. Please mail me about the Viewing the Sony channels. My

        Dear Sir, My VC NO-[protected] named Atul kumar singh availing the super family pack.From today, suddenly channel 106, 210, 211 has been deactivated and aske for on-request to activate.i tried to call on cust care no but it could not be connected.i also sent sms regarding this problem from registered num [protected] but still did not get a call from dish tv. this type of automatic inconvenience irritate us a lot.please resolve theis problem so that we could enjoy the channel.thank you!           My VC no. is [protected], I had requested for subscription for SONY SAB Ch No. 106 and SONY Ch no. 105 on date with a-la-carte through SMS to 57575 but instead of activating these channels my pack has been changed to DRAMEBAZ pack vide reference no[protected] and some amount has been deducted and my next recharge date is pre-poned.I3want DISHTV to change my pack to my original one and to activate the above reffered channels at the earliest.

            From yesterday, DishTV had disconnected some of the channels with prior Notice. And if we call to customer care they were saying that. We have to see the channels provided by them only, not those which one want to see. And said, do whatever you want nothing will be changed. The pack customer want to see won't be provided, or if provided will be form shorter period. And than one can see only those channels which DishTV wishes. As earlier also they have do so. And if we send a mail we haven't got any response from there side. Not only this, they automatically change the packs from there wish. These are a kind of harassment from DishTV side to a Customer.               Sir, without any information all of SONY group channel's like sub, sony etc disconnected without any information from 31 oct 2014. What is the reason, while in the super family package it is showing all sony group channel's till date, so please arrange to start immediately. sub tv is most favorite channel of my son. thanking you.

                Form today my all the SONY channel OFF...My VC.no-[protected]... Dish TV deactivated my all channels of Sony entertainment without prior notice. even after my DishTV recharge (validity o[censored]pto 22 december 2014 From last one day, I am continuous trying to call them but there is no response. All phones are busy or no service. . I have checked on net so many other customers are facing the same problem. How can Dish TV stop any channel when we have already paid for it or without any intimation through mail, newspaper, TV etc. Kindly activate all my Sony channels..

On 30th Oct evening, Dish TV deactivated my all channels of Sony entertainment without prior notice. even after my DishTV recharge (validity o[censored]pto 23rd Feb. '15) From last one day, I am continuous trying to call them but there is no response. All phones are busy or no service. In the morning, by chance my phone connected but once they put it on hold for around 15 minutes and no response. I have checked on net so many other customers are facing the same problem. How can Dish TV stop any channel when we have already paid for it or without any intimation through mail, newspaper, TV etc. Kindly activate all my Sony channels ASAP. Also I am go for Court.                     DISHTV has abruptly deactivated all the SONY Channels and other Channels also, since yesterday without intimation. DISHTV should be boycotted and taken to court and should be made to pay heavy Penalty. Directors should be arrested for harassing the customers. They have also blocked their website so that consumers cannot lodge complaints. They have also discontinued their Customer Care email id. I have already paid upfront for the entire Year and now i feel cheated. This is NOT ACCHE DIN under Modi Sarkar. Consumer are cheated in broad daylight. DISHTV should be taught Lesson. All consumer should come under one umbrella and boycott such Companies.

                        Dear Sir, This is regarding Mental harrashment of Dish TV, My VC number is [protected], dishtv changing their packs and plans without notification.On every 2-3 Months dishtv rising price of packs, 1 week back they removed colors & when we called customer care they told it is not in ur base pack, since one year i am watching colors hw can it be removed from base pack again i had subsribed it for Rs.20, and now SONY, SONY SAB, channel is removed from my pack without notification. Today these channels are not available. This is not fair . Means dish tv is playing with their subscribers, but no any intimation given by your side that such channel will be deactivate from your pack on such date ... OK 1st of all I call for understand this matter but when I call their all customer care no. Don't attend my call . Secondly, on dishtv website, no information are providing to customer. This type o[censored]nressponsible activity are shameful for whose say, "we are no. Dishtv in India".                           Suddenly i found that SONY/SAB/MAX/MAX2 are discontinued, I had yearly ROYAL HD subscription.This is second time in this year first stopped colours in may . Today i tried 4 hours to call customer care. And when i got connect, executive "Manoj" (hindi department) put me on hold for 15 min and then call dropped. I have to reconnect the call. This channel discontinuation is like you go to Pizza shop, select a pizza pay, and then when pizza came, delivery boy told you that Since Onion prises are increased they removed onion from pizza topings.

                                Dear Sir, Since last night the channel no. 106 (Sony/SAB) has been deactivated. It is surprising how and why even after my DishTV recharge (validity o[censored]pto 15th Nov. '14) the said channel has been deactivated which is illegal and unjust and warrants against DishTV. The DistTV cannot stop the channel without informing the customer and also cannot make channels pay channel arbitrarily. It is nothing but a betrayal with the existing customer. Also as customer care does not respond throughout the day we fail to make contact with DishTV to lodge our grievances.                                   I am Arpit Dogra .My VC NO. is [protected]. I had subscribed maxi pack few days ago for six months.On 31 October i received a message from dish tv that w.e.f 31 Oct. Sony, Sab, Max, Max2 will be avail as Ala-Carte pack.On 1 November when I switch on these channel these are removed from the maxi pack.What is it? If DISH TV have new plans then it will apply with next recharge.It will not applied on recharges that the customers already done.It is a stupidity act by their management.Even this will not be done by mobile operators. Suppose customer recharge with 10 Rs. and on that day he get 8 Rs but company changes his plans on next day and now new plan is the on recharge of 10 Rs. customer get only 7. then even they dn't deduct 1 Rupee from customer account. DISH TV user surely unsatisfied with this act of management.i hope you will consider it and take appropriate action.

                                    Dear Sir, My Dish tv VC No : [protected]. On 30th Night Dish Tv deactivated all channels of sony entertainment without prior notice. As I am always recharge at time. From last day i am trying to contact them but all of their no is busy or they hold the line for so long. No any response from their side.                                       Dear Sir, This is regarding To indiscriminately of Dish TV, My VC number is [protected], dishtv changing their packs and plans without notification.On every 2-3 Months dishtv rising price of packs and now SONY, SONY SAB, SONY MAX, SONY MAX2 channel is removed from my pack without notification. Today these channels are not available. This is not fair . We had paid monthly advance money at that time pack given on said amount, but no any intimation given by your side that such channel will be deactivate from your pack on such date ... OK 1st of all I call for understand this matter but when I call their all customer care no. Don't attend my call (I enclosed my today call history ‎Snapshot ) . Secondly, on dishtv website, no information are providing to customer. There are listed their feedback on whole screen, I fill up several time but this not remove.( I enclosed this feedback screen shot) This type o[censored]nressponsible activity are shameful for whose say, "we are no.                                       Thanks for voicing your concern. We wish to inform you that IndiaCast channels like Colors, UTV Action, UTV Movies, Bindass, Comedy Central have been added to various base packs with Colors HD! Sony channels may still be viewed at nominal cost (a la carte) by calling customer care.
