    I have changed my normal dish connection to HD connection of dish TV but till now no HD channel has been given it is more than a month i am facing the problem no initiative has been taken from customer care nor from the distributor though i have given several complaints kindly look into the matter and try to resolve the same as early as possible otherwise I will be bound to surrender my dish TV connection Customer No = [protected]

      Dish TV VC No: [protected]. (GEORGE VARGHESE) Reg: Mob: No: (RMN) : [protected] I had renewed my monthly (30 days) subscription for Super Platinum Pack South ( Malayalam) by paying an amount of Rs/- 380 on 27/08/2014, whereas my account shows next recharge date as 19/09/2014 and switch off date as 22/09/2014. When I have made payment for one month next recharge date should have been 27th of this month (Sept:). You are requested to look in to the matter and correct the mistake made at your end so that I am not denied of that many days of viewing and loss of money.

        I am using the dishtv of v.c. no.[protected]. I have made a complaint of alignment problem in the dish tv antena approx 20 days ago i made the call to dish tv for dish purpose and approx 2 hours i negotiate with them and i told him/her all the problem ad they solve this issue and ensured me that a back call made by the company and they fix my problem but days are gone one by one but no back call and no technician come to my home. I again made a call to the company today on 4th September approx 1 to 2 hours i again negotiate with them and they ask me again and again this procedure and holding my line for a long brake of 10 -15 minute and totally harras me as a customer. I negotiate with neha senior customer executive she gave me the assurance of that she will back call me and negotiate with the service provider they called me but due to some reason i disconnected right that time i made a back call at 2 times and send 2 text messages no response given by the company and when i again do a call to the company's customer support no. I said i want to talk your senior neha because she knows all the matter they said to me it is not possible when i said to him make a back call to me they denied it also. Per month i paid ₹311 and the channel in my pack i am not able to see them and even company raise every month a sum of ₹311 and i have to paid but can't able to see all the channel. Its a pure tyranny imposed by the company even i have all the proof of recorded voice of call that i have made in company .Kindly provide me the help because these capitalist company gouge us.

          Dear Sir, I draw your kind attention that we recharged gold pack on time but you deducted our balance in every month without notice.We are watching before few months, several channels are disconnected by your side.Recently we add Hindi regional channels 812 and pay Rs 10.Why should I pay regional channels because your browser have shown channels 812 only pack of Rs 220 pm but we paid every month Rs 280 pm. Please give reasons in this regard and credit to my main balance in our a/c. Thanking you. Shyama Pd Das

              vc no [protected] hi since yesterday no signas for any channels, contacted the customercare and they do nothing except providing the technician number.i continuosly contacting since yesterday, no response except the busy tone.what type of service you provide to the customers. just recently i opted for HD mode also.i always oay half yearly subscrtion, and my next due is november.i asked the balance of my payment so that i can go to any other dth company except dish. such alousy respond they give it is not posible, two days gone my is complete blank because no signals, if i go any channel showing signal not found.this is requesting to all new DTH subscribers never opt for dish tv.worst and worst customer care and service they orivide is really bad bad bad . venugopal rao [protected] mail is [protected]@gmail.com

                MASTI, SONY MUSIC, (BOTH HINDI SONGS) & NDTV GOOD TIMES are subscribed channels by the subject connections., These are discontinued to be broadcasted by Dish TV for subject. Earlier the channel No of NEWS NATION as changed.
                Such repeated unethical action amounts to deficiencies in service and causing mental harassment to us.
                Please restore these channels forthwith failing which appropriate action will be initiated
                This is my SECOND COMPLANT FOR DFFEET CHANL IN A WEEKS TIME.

                  VC Nos [protected] & [protected], sony music, masti (both hindi songs) and ndtv good times have been discontinued. these are subscribed channels. non broadcast of subscribed channels are deficiencies in service and invite legal action. this is the second complaint in 7 days time regarding non broadcast of subscribed channels. in case services/such harassment continue on these VC Nos, appropriate action will be taken to disconnect both these VC Nos by not renewing them in september as these complaints has been there in majority of customers in dehradun including the agent/adviser KISHORE ELECTRONICSM PALTAN BAZAAR dehradun
                  Please restore or face discontinuation & loss of business, no more accepting such non-sense from you the service provider

                    I have recharged my VC No.[protected] for Rs.1680/- on 08.04.2014 for six months.The channels i.e. Shahra samay, India News, News Nation, IBN 7, Shudarshan Tv, and world Movies were also covered in my package, but these channels have been deleted from my package since 28.08.2014 without giving any reasons and as such I feel harassment.Moreover, your customer care service phone is also not working .                     Plese refer to my complaint dated 31.08.2014 regarding stopping of channels i.e. Shahra samay, India News, News Nation, IBN 7, Shudarshan Tv, and world Movies from my package for which I have alredy paid the amount for VC No.[protected] on 08.04.2014 for six months. More than four days have been passed but till date nothing has been done from Dish Tv.
                    In view of above, you are once again requested to look into the matter and restore these channel without further any delay to avoide harassment.

                      Dear service provider, My mobile No not yet registered in my account, pl registered my mobile no [protected].secondly initially i have opted for package of Rs.280/- pm and added MTV amounting to Rs.20, so my package should be Rs.300/- pm, but now u have increase it to Rs. 370 /- pm. thirdly erroneously Chanel no 254 added with my package. please registered my mobile no, reduce my package to Rs.280/- pm, delete Chanel no 254, your early action in this regards solicited please. reply affirmative shortly. thanks.

                        We have been cheated by the dishtv dealer m/s swastik enterprises, Shop No 4 Taniya Sargam, Near Dubey Medical Collage, Link Road, Nalasopara East, Thane - 401209 operated by Hemant Pujari and his wife Sheela Pujari ( Mob nos. [protected], [protected] ). Hemant has collected Rs. 3210 on 18th july 2014 for a new dishtv connection with vc. No. [protected] inclusive of 6 months recharge amount. However, the dishtv stopped working on 16th August 2014. Whenever we contact Hemant Pujari and his wife, they do not respond properly, or disconnect the phone. He is a big cheat. Please do not deal with this fraud. This agency has not provided us with a bill for the amount paid. However, we have taken voice recording of the communication transpaired at the time of making payment to this agency.

                          last week when we call the customer care they send the technician he checked the whole thing for more than 4 hours and finally just he took the setup box saying that we will check this also after 4 days he brougt the another one saying that it is a new piece and charged 500 rupees. now again after 1 week it is not coming the same problem persists now again we call the customer care center again he is telling that he will sent the technician which is of no use in stb info sheet the channels are not changing to green from red so there is some problem what is that please try to solve this problem as soon as possible otherwise we will call the consumer court and will complaint.

                            VC No : [protected] Initial issue occurred on 31st may 2014 technician visited said LNB is a problem and replaced it on the terrace yet problem persisted later he fidgeted with the connector and picture was restored. Charged Rs 550/ for LNB & 225/- visiting charge. Complain No 14345623 was lodged on 22 aug 2014 The technician visited on 23rd said LNB has again spoilt, however i had the old LNB which he replaced and said was working fine. However picture was not restored he concluded that cable is now a problem and since its late someone else will come and attend tomorrow, On 24th another technician came replaced the cable and the picture was restored. Billed me : Rs 336/- for cable, Rs 80/- for connector & Rs. 225/- service charge. ( would have also charged me Rs. 550/- for LNB had i not kept the old LNB) In all a charge of Rs 1, 500/= within a span of 3 months only on maintenance besides subscription charges. I demand that the earlier charge for LNB which was replaced while in working condition be returned, The service manager at their Goregaon service centre some Mr Shukla insisted on me paying all the above mentioned charges. On trying to reason with him he abruptly decided to remove the cable and his technician did just that leaving all connections open. Despite repeated call to their call centre & emails, have received no revert yet from DISHTV its been 6 day so far.

                                I am customer of dish to dot with vc no [protected].

                                I got recharge my super family package with a sum of Rs. 250/ on 13th Aug. 2014 in well advance from the switch off date 18th Aug.2014 as I have to move out of station for 10days.

                                Now new date for recharge and switch off has been conveyed by you is 17th sept. & 20th Sept.2014 respectively.

                                In this regard I contacted your customer care centre Ms. Priti and Flor Manager Mr. Abhishek on 26th Aug 14, who admitted the mistake and same will be rectified within 24 hours. But it was not done.

                                Therefore, today on 27th Aug.14, I again contacted customer care to Mr. Chandan, fir supervisorrMr. Piyush and flr manager Mr. Babu. It is very rediculos it took more then 30 minutes to transfer the line from one to another point and it was informed that nothing can be done by them as rate has been revised. The behavor of your staff is not acceptable. Pl look into the matter and give proper training how to deal with customers.

                                How You can revise the rate without prior information to the customer. Moreover, you cannot revise the rate premature date of already paid amount.It is breach of trust.

                                Pl. needful to get correction in dates and take appropriate action against your deliquent staff with intimation to undersigned. Otherwise I shall be forced to take the matter to higher authorities and to the Consumer Forum.

                                  We had not used our dish tv for nearly 2 months. After 2 months even after recharging it for Rs 1000, it is still not working. We checked our dish connection and all other plugs at home. Everything is fine, but we are not getting any channels. So please check if everything is ok with our connection or refresh it. The child pack of this parent's connection that is [protected]. we had request for channel MOD NON STOP channel no. 254 for our child pack through our bonus points on saturday that is 23 August. 35 bonus points have been deducted from our account still the channel is not activated yet.
