MASTI, SONY MUSIC, (BOTH HINDI SONGS) & NDTV GOOD TIMES are subscribed channels by the subject connections., These are discontinued to be broadcasted by Dish TV for subject. Earlier the channel No of NEWS NATION as changed.
Such repeated unethical action amounts to deficiencies in service and causing mental harassment to us.

We have been cheated by the dishtv dealer m/s swastik enterprises, Shop No 4 Taniya Sargam, Near Dubey Medical Collage, Link Road, Nalasopara East, Thane - 401209 operated by Hemant Pujari and his wife Sheela Pujari ( Mob nos. I got recharge my super family package with a sum of Rs. 250/ on 13th Aug. 2014 in well advance from the switch off date 18th Aug.2014 as I have to move out of station for 10days.

Now new date for recharge and switch off has been conveyed by you is 17th sept. & 20th Sept.2014 respectively.

We had not used our dish tv for nearly 2 months. After 2 months even after recharging it for Rs 1000, it is still not working. We checked our dish connection and all other plugs at home. Everything is fine, but we are not getting any channels. So please check if everything is ok with our connection or refresh it. The phone number is [protected]....

The child pack of this parent's connection that is [protected]. we had request for channel MOD NON STOP channel no. 254 for our child pack through our bonus points on saturday that is 23 August. 35 bonus points have been deducted from our account still the channel is not activated yet....

Last 3 months HD channels are not working properly.Although we are recharged of Rs 599, HD royal pack..but only 5 to 6 days in a month we are getting the HD channels properly .We escalated the issue on Jul 28, 2014 regarding the same issue but no proper resolution. Few hours ago i registered a complaint from ur portal regarding transmission of channels on my dish tv and useless costumer service but till now nothing was done in this regard plz sir do something i[censored] can else dont betray people saying register complaints from this portal.thank u sir g....

sir yesterday irecharged my account but still i am not watching 80% Of channels viz max zee tv zee cinema etc etc.sir pleaz do some thing in this regard at very earliest.morever i also contacted with costumer care person but he did not help me and still the problem has not been resolved.also contacted with them it costed me 20 rupees but all in vain.plz do some thing with yur god will.and plz if dishtv had a toll free costumer service number...

I'm Balamurugan from Chennai A/c no [protected]' I tried calling up number of times, the customer care to manage my account and channels status.It was not only a waste of time but also money since it costed me around 10Rs/ call.I just want to know what is your problem in attending the clients request or else is there any other way I can speak to your customer care person....
