Hello... I am not a DishTV customer yet I keep getting messages and phone calls for the same... Maybe the previous owner of the phone number must be registered, but haven't changed the phone number. Please remove my mobile number [protected].

    Address: 8/10/79f hanumat nagar naka faizabad

    I have recharged 300rs and activated swagat hsm pack yesterday
    But in my tv a message is showing on all channel "101 channel not subscribed"
    I have already contacted too many times to customer care and they only refreshed my account
    And am still facing the same issue from 2 days
    So please either activate the channels which i paid for or refund my balance as soon as possible

          I am not sure whether this platform is help to resolve the issues we register here. So far i am disappointed as i register complaint regarding dd national channel not coming on my dishtv account but no response from dishtv received yet. I already did all the possible suggestion read in this portal but no improvement. My vc no. Is [protected]. Kindly do the needful.

              i have recharged my dish tv with amount of Rs. 272 after reacharge i wait 15 minutes but not able to see any channel on screen it showing Error 101 channel not subscribe i call many times to customer care they said that wait 15 minutes but still my problem not solve.

                Sir I subscribed for star value pack but some channels are not coming star gold, star gold2, star utsav and other channels which I choose by make my pack having &tv, Zee bollywood and Zee action showing weather not cleared but the weather cleared from past 7 days channels are not coming eather so solve the complaint as soon as you can

                  This is to inform you that dish tv company activated an service ayushman active in my account without my knowledge. I have recieved the message from dishtv that you pack has been activated but i didn't activated this service even i never take free services from dish tv. Its very harassment as my account balance of dish tv also deducted for this pack amount. Kindly do needful.

                    Sir, my viewing card no. [protected] has been switched off on dated[protected] due to non recharge. But there is a lockdown in all the country due to corona virous. So it is not possible to recharge the viewing card as the whole market is closed. As per declaration honourable prime minister tv is essential service for awareness of corona. So this is not justified to switch off in this time of lock down.

                            Recharge valid from 1st february 2020 to 1st february, 2021, ie; 12 months done on 29th january, 2020 through authorised dealer of dish tv, digital marketing solutions, haridwar, mob [protected], paid amount of rs 3260/- vide receipt no. 396.
                            But services deactivated from 11.00 pm, 10th april, 2020 showing account balance zero, error 102, vc no. [protected],
                            Contacted dealer, he expressed inability as his net account exhausted, and advised for new on line recharge,
                            Contacted dish tv customer care, they advised to contact dealer, matter reported to nodal officer, but e-mails returned back.
                            Request to help in activating our dth services.

                                Hi,
                                We are using dish tv since last 5 years. Now, we cant watch dd national and my family is complaining that they cant watch ramayan and other tv series specially telecasted by govt.
                                All other operators are showing it free of cost but dish tv is not showing it at all.
                                Dish tv is being some of the oldest operators and there is this issue, its highly disappointing.
                                I have tried everything, changed plans, sent refresh requests, tried scanning channels, but of no use.
                                Please make it available as it has become frustrating now.

                                  Dear sir, i recharged my friends dish tv on 10/04/2020 via dish tv official website, my money is deducted from bank and transferred to dish tv upi, but recharge is still not updated.
                                  Then i recharged from phonepe upi app and then the recharge done successfully.

                                  Please refund my 220rs. That i paid earlier as i had to pay twice for the single recharge

                                    You had recharged another account instead of my account. It was an online payment of rs. 1001. Here are the details of the transaction:

                                    1. Correct vc no. - [protected]

                                    2. Wrong vc no. - [protected]

                                    3. Date - 09/04/20

                                    4. Transaction id - vt[protected]

                                    5. Contact no. - [protected]

                                    I don't know that whose mistake was it-myself or your company. I had contacted the customer care but no solution was found. 3 days extra were given in which i recharged my account with rs. 502. Please solve my problem.
