Dear madam/ sir,

I have done recharge of rs.1710/- on 04.04.2020 from dishtv's online website. I didn't get any transaction details from dishtv's website and also i did not received any recharge successful/failure sms. I contacted my bank and they said that payment was done successfully so no issue at their side.

The money has been credited into your account but my dishtv account has not been recharged yet. Therefore, kindly look into the matter at the earliest possible. My details are as follows:

      online payment fraud

      Iam an existing consumer of dish tv dth my vc no is [protected]. I made an online payment of rs 307/- on 29.03.20 at 22:25hrs, transaction id is cca14127942. The amount is showing paid but the transaction is pending.
      From the next day onward the transaction id is missing from the website only amount is showing as paid but till date the amount has not been updated or reversed back.
      When trying to give complaint about the same...

              I made a recharge yesterday and the recharge was successful but even after 24 hours the plan has not been activated, it's showing 101 error and also some of the free channels like DD national is not showing. Please fix this as soon as possible, also I'm not able to make any call and talk directly with customer care client. And as per the customer care instructions, I kept it in channel number 96 hoping the the problem will be fixed but nothing happened it didn't work at all.

                Hi,
                I am Dishtv active subscriber more than 10 years but from last more than one year i constantly approach to DishTv CC to activate my DD National channel as not able to watch the same. No resolution so far in this regards. In this portal i just read one complaint they suggested to keep channel no. 96 for 15 min after miss call to some number even the account is not active. I have updated and refresh in similar way so many times even from dishtv website but no improvement. In my account DD National channel is not showing in list as well. My VC no, is [protected]. Kindly do the needful in this regards.

                  I recharged my dish tv yesterday after almost 2 years. It's been more than 24 hours and the plan is still not activated. The recharge is successful but i'm not able to watch any channels also some of the free channels are not working. As per the customer care instructions, i kept it in channel number 96 for 15 minutes several times hoping that the problem will be solved yet nothing happened.

                    My few channels are not working with error 101 channel not subscribed but channels are already subscibed and i called customer care with 1hr in a que call due to limited worker working i called them 2 times they are not able to solve my problem i visited dishtv mobile application gave feedback 10 times regrading my problem but result is same my channels are still not working

                      dishtv vc recharge transfer to another vc.

                      We have made a recharge through paytm for rs 1000 via the account linked to mob no. [protected] on[protected] but the VC no recharged is [protected] which we don't use.

                      My request is to transfer the money to VC no. [protected] as soon as possible. The customer support at dishtv is not answering the calls. We are being directed to computer generated voice messages and waiting time of over 54 mins to speak to a customer executive....

                      Hi, i did 3 separate recharge, 2 using net banking and 1 using paytm payment. Followings are the details:
                      1. Order id [protected] (3/30/2020 8:04:59 pm)
                      2. Order id [protected] (3/30/2020 8:23:44 pm)
                      3. Order id [protected] (4/1/2020 11:22:06 am)

                      All of them were for inr 436/- (Total: 436*3)
                      It is really frustrating me that in all 3 money was deducted from my account but recharge did not go through. Please look into the issue asap as we are staying at home and tv is really necessary for us.

When today i switched on my television i was unable to watch sanskar, aastha and news18 up/uk which are available free of cost. Due to the lockdown it has been very problematic for me and my family.

                          Sir i regret to inform that since last few days i am unable to watch certain basic free channels available to me. Some of the channels are dd national, sanskar, aastha, paras tv, news 18 up/uk. This has really created a problem since we are providing the full money then too we are not able to watch the free channels which should be provided by the company.
                          Hence i request you to look forward towards this problem and inform me about he further steps to resolve this problem. My v. C. Number is [protected]

                            I can see dd national is included in my package but i am unable to watch this channel.

                            Tried to complain couple of times in dishtv online portal but they closed it without any reason. Even their portal is inaccessible lot of times.

                            Called dishtv customer care and they kept me waiting for an hour but could not talk to anyone as phone got disconnect after this one hour of waiting.

                              channel not visible at all

                              My vc no [protected].
                              There are many channel in my account even after been subscribed are not visible at all.
                              Like mtv,
                              And many spiritual channels
                              Dd national.

                              These are channel are only not available in my account.
                              They don't appear at all even i tried scrolling the entire list of channels.
                              Also many channel so like sonymix and others are appearing at very different channel numbers...

                              Dish tv company was fully cheater i am recharge 411 on last 2 days to show 101 channel not subscribed but im already pay it.
                              And he told me your antenna was not properly
                              On signal range. He will send a mechanic to check antenna properly and he is around rs 350/- im agrees with this. And mechanic was come but not trouble the problem. I am lost my 350/rs and 411es totally 761rs are lost.
                              And my suggestion is please do not use the dishtv connection waste your money. And tata sky was better then dish tv.

                                Dear sir i want to see ramayan getting telecasted on dd national.. But when i try to switch to channel number 193 which is provided by dish tv app for dd national it does not switch to that channel. Some other dd channels are showing but i think dish tv is not showing dd national. Tried so many times in your customer care but no response, it is surprising how dd national free channel, compulsory chanel why is not getting telecast by default. Please resolve this issue at the earliest as already so many episodes have missed.

                                  I am a consumer of dish tv since many years. All channels are running good except dd national.
                                  My complain is that i am unable to watch dd national it appears no signal on the screen. While other dd channels are running good.
                                  Several times i tried to contact dishtv to solve the problem but i didn't got any response.
