    I. Ahammad. Ali oneof the dishtv customer bearing vc no.[protected] since inception of dth. I am a regular cstome by paying subscriptions. I had also paid a 3 years long subscription called by you. Now my monthly subscribed period will be up to 22/3/2020 but since 1/3/2020 my tv is showing 101 complaint with yellow box on all subscribed channels. The same is taken to the concerned. But yet nobody has attempted to rectify the problem. Some responsible official has registered my complaint on 9/3/20 and advised a token[protected]. Till now 14th the same is not resolved. I request to attend the same at an earliest. I also request to extend my tv viewing days to that extent to make the good of my discrepancy. Thanks.

      I am a customer of dish tv vide vc no [protected] & mob no [protected]. I have made a payment of rs 249/- on 9th march 2020 8.07pm. I am subscribed for anandam pack, star malayalam value, sun kerala basic, zee kerala & news 18 kerala. I am not getting any of the channels mentioned in the pack exce doordarshan and a few free on air channels.

      I have contacted dish tv customer care several times and they tried refreshing and resetting every time i call them but nothing happened. And they fixed a technician visit for repair. The next day 11-03-20 a technician called me and tried to refreshing the system as the customer care people did. Finally he told me that i need to replace the stb even though there is no complaint with it as i am getting the free channels and it shows a 96% reception strength every time. Technician later informed me that the replacement for the stb is not available and they dont know when it will be available,

      I again called customer care and asked for a solution. They put my call on hold for mode than 15mins in a 27min call..! The customer care transferred my calls to supervisor and she also cant find a solution.

      As a customer i dont want to pay any sum of money for a service that im not getting. Also i dont wish to continue with dish tv subscription as i dont have time to waste with useless customer care calls.

      Messages and call recordings with customer care and technician will be provided if further explanation is needed.

          My last payment was an amount of rs 11500, last payment date was 19 july 2019. Payment was for around 18 months up to match 2021. But, unfortunately switch off date is showing in march 2020. Despite several complaints, no rectification has yet done from your end. I'm also asking for detail statement of my vc numbers, which have also yet not provided from your end.
          So, i request you to send me the *statements of accounts in respect of my vc numbers and rectify my switch off date of vcs immediately*
          Customer should get accurate value against amount of rupees payment.
          Customer has the right to know the details of accounts statements, expenditure etc.

            My mobile number [protected]. My dish tv is not responding properly from last some days. I lodge my complaint from my registered mobile number +91 [protected] on customer helpline number[protected] on 7th march. 2010 at 9:00 a. M.in which company assure me to solve complaint in 24 hours. Nobody come to solve my complaint full day. Today, on 13th march, 2020.. I again and again contact on above helpline number and every time company executives just assuring me to solve compliant in one or one and half hour. Uptill 6:00 pm i get zero response from company side. It's my humble request if company is not in position to provide proper service, then it would be punishable because when customer forget to recharge its dish tv account, the company disposed of the services without a minute late. Kindly take this matter seriously.

My subscription is due by 20/3/2020 but since last 10-15 days the channels are not displaying insted with a 101 symble with yellow box. The same is being complained through [protected] & [protected] & [protected] but of no use till today. Will any of your appropriate authorities look in to the matter and do the need ful ata an earliest. Previously the same defect is occured then they advised some technician will attend for it but no body is cared about your own promise. This is for your information. I also request you to adjust the days of non performence extended by beyond my due date

Last month reacharged my dish tv with 250 rs but tv not started due to account not refresh or error but my balance cutting satrted from that day. Already talk to there customer care but they tell me there is no problem from there side.
                    How they can cut my balance?
                    #they are giving 3 day after reacharge end in 25 rupee without any notice.

                                I am using dish tv since last year on wards now on febaury 8 i recharge 600 rupees
                                After five days came after totaly disconected i dont know why disconected my dish i seen on my tv signals or not came i complaint to call center on febaury 18th but no respond i seen my dish balance also zero it shows i check after recharge my dish 1200 rupees but showing zero only after anothertime also recharge 1200 rupees but same problem shows zero balance i asked call center they told me 24hours but not respond my call and my problem total 3000rupees i recharge i have bills all but not activated my dish please accept my complaint on take action on dish company
                                My proof of dish recharge bills and i dish tv showing main balance zero but transaction history on dish amont showing but main balance zero please check it and take action on dish tv

                                  I had done recharge of rs 190 from dishtv's online application.
                                  I used wallet recharge method for the payment and i paid the amount using google pay wallet. I didn't get any transaction details from dishtv's website as i was presented with feedback dialog when payment was completed. I never received any recharge successful/failure sms. I contacted my bank and they said that payment was done successfully so no issue at their side.

                                    I have sent multiple emails and have called dish tv customer care and nodal officer multiple times but not getting any solution.

                                    We made three payments of rs.615 (Each transaction) through sbi internet banking on 21.02.2020 around 9 pm ist. After two attempts of payment, i got 404 (Timeout error) on dish tv site (Pfa). My account is being debited with rs. 615 and the request id of the third transaction is ihm2140598. I have contacted sbi online banking and they told me that failure has taken place at your end and as i already mentioned my account is debited. Dish tv india is saying they have received two payments and not the third payment but as i said the third amount got deducted my account as well. Please look into the matter at the earliest and refund my money asap.

                                    Please do the needful so the extra deducted amount get back to my account.

                                      Dish tv is continuously calling me day and night by saying new offer for you, many times I asked to stop calling me am satisfied with my pack even I have blocked many numbers of dish tv but they are calling by different numbers. It is like mental agony to me in working hours they are continuously calling they don't care for coustmer privacy.                                         I have a dish tv connection with registered no.[protected].
                                        Today i. E. 23.02.2020 mid night 12.00 my above mentioned v. C number has been switch off without assigning any reason. When i login dish tv app i found some new hd channels added in my connection those connection not added by me. Dish tv service provider added such channels without my permission and deducted my amount. Today on 24.02.2020 i had called to the customer care number [protected] for three times and talk with ms. Swati, ms. Rashmita. They continued denied to refund my amount.

                                        What is the reason that the service provider add the channels without intimating the customer and increase the price of the channel without publishing in the news papers as well as not informed to the customer.

                                        You are requested to kindly take necessary action to dish tv service provider and refund my deducted amount.

Moreover,   other channels like Colors HD, SET HD, Star Plus HD, and Zee TV HD has been activated on SD to HD migration process as per system on 31st July 2019. These channels migration will be for limited subscriber-only with no price change and the same has been communicated with you through SMS on RMN.
