I have been trying to update my dishtv pack after trai new rule, but dish tv not updating my selection but they are adding their own pack and charging more, so many emails and calls but nothing happens so far, whenever i submit my selection i get token number and and ticket number, so far somany request, but they are not updating it in the system, when we call them they are saying dish needs to be adjusted but i want to reduce channel to cut the cost, if i add channel i agree may be need to adjust dish, if i cut channel why dish needs to be adjusted, they are pushing so many paid channels which i dont want. Its really cheating... Struggling last 2 month same issue.

And you keep asking me to drop mail, And your support called and saying to they cannot remove channels, reason is dish need to be realign, what a joke it is .. re align dish to remove channels, hahaha, , and always saying they will send technician to re align, they are adding unnecessary channels in our pack and looting money and saying realign dish to remove channels... anyone help me get the procedure to go to consumer court please...

it's still not working, now customer care saying there is no balance in my account .I have already paid and I can see balance in my account when I login online... last payment date showing 29 April 2019.. still 2 more weeks to 29 April... whatever date there is balance.. customer care staff just cut the call saying useless excuses ..

Today is April 19 .. there is no response from Dishtv... I couldn't use even a day after my last payment...I lost my hope you can do anything.. it is almost a month now.. I know writing this mail also wasting my time.. but it's a proof before I move legally..

Today technician came and did something in dish antenna and didn't get any signal and blame that receiver device having issue which needs to be repaired .. and he left. please don't forget that everything was working before he comes. what is nex step we don't know ..
days are going my recharge amount also losing.. I did only one mistake that I have asked for remove unwanted channels .. I never thought such a big punishment dishtv give me... earlier they said to remove channels they need to align dish..days gone..then they said recharge more and I paid more .. then they sent technician who did something and now everything gone..we don't have any channels.. days are going ..now they saying another technician come...but none came so far... we need to pay also for technician even if it is not our fault.. only thing happening now my recharge amount is losing without any channels... I don't have any hope now in dish TV solve this problem...

    I have recharged my dish tv account twice.. Both the times my amount has been deducted. Still it is displaying the message to recharge. I had even followed the correct procedure to keep my tv switched on. After this issue, i tried contacting customer service through customer service numbers and message, however i'm unable to connect. Kindly resolve my issue.

        My dish tv viewing card number is [protected]. I was on hd jumbo family pack and when the trai regulations came in place i have submitted my desired channel list to dish tv via, internet and calling customer care. Since day before yesterday i started getting all hopeless pay channels from dish. When i complained, they told there is some alignment of dish has to happen, for that thay will be sending technission within 24 hrs. But no body came. After repeated complaints also they are not seems to be bother. Sir, trai did this for customer to choose their desired channels, but in reality, we have to see all stupid channels shown by dth operator, that to pay channels. Please look in to this

        The customer care guys are behaving funny. They are not having an answer to the question " who gave you the permission to change my channels"? Just for example I am getting a channel Zee Cinimalu, some stupid telugu channels, which I don't understand.

            Hi this is sandeep kumar s advocate from bengaluru on 03.04.2019 suddenly disconnected all my channels and without any information provided unnecessary pack (Telugu pack) on the same day i have complained about the same and they instructed me to choose channels required and i have selected my choice of channels but to activate that channels dish should be re aligned. Hence i have made numerous requests to do the needful even spoke with supervisors (To talk with supervisors they make us to wait half an hour to one hour) but no one ready to assist. Therefore i am requesting you to take necessary steps to solve my problem. (I have attached screen shot where they have made me to wait 69.58 sec to talk with supervisors after waiting an hour they say supervisors is busy we will again arrange your call)

              I upgraded set top box to hd (Rs 800) and recharged to amount rs 1200 on 1st april 2019. Till now it shows no available balance. Called customer care multiple times, giving irresponsible answers.

              Asked for refund on unsatisfied service, replied you can terminate but amount was not refunded. To confirm asked to forward the call to his higher official and return policy details in mail, not willing to do so.

              Kindly look into the issue and help it to resolve else refund the paid amount.

My problem is that they are not responding properly, i have called them many times to change my pack every time they said your pack will change within 15 minutes.                   I have activated a pack for surya in my dish tv d2h but it is not activated now also. An indusrty with many customers and support number is not available the number in their website is not available now i was trying with two days according to service industry customercare should to be available at all the time. So kindly take a severe action on this.

                    I made a complaint on dishtv call centre on 2nd april[protected] regarding to alignment issue, now it's being 3 days no solution given even after calling number of times, really frustrated with their services and whenever i called them they put on hold by saying that they are transferring to senior moreover on 4th they have given some contact no. As [protected] and [protected] but they also do not pick our calls.. If that is the case kindly take your setup box and refund my money will go for other option.

                      This is happened one month ago, my first experience with dishtv what happened means i have taking new connection of distv, that idiot said to me sir, one month will be jumbo pack all channels will come sir. Their is no problem, but what happened means telugu channels are not coming calling to customer care executive
                      So thier are telling that we thought that you watch only hindi channels sir, we don't know you are a telugu people we will
                      Add channels they it will come is 15 minutes but they not had add telugu for one month your total money had wasted non of the channels are coming properly.
                      My humble request is that don't take dishtv. Pack plz guys it true believe me it not a joke it real. If you want to take, before make sure everything is alright. Tq.

                        Dear sir,
                        I have replaced dishtv Box with 3 month warranty period and paid Rs.450 for that to DISH TV on 25 Feb 2019.
                        Within one month it got again faulty and I approached to DISH tv they charged rs. 250/- just to repair it. I couldn't understand if the unit was under warranty then why they charged. Please suggest should I complaint to consumer forums or else.

                          I am having DTH connection with Dish TV.
                          My VC No. [protected].

                          The company has change my existing pack with their own interest or suggest pack on 03.04.2019.

                          I have immediately updated by own pack on the website on 03.04.2019 itself. My complaint or token Number is [protected]. Till after 24 hours my own pack has not started yet.

                          As per new TRAI norms, all the people have their choice to select own pack. In February month itself, i have selected my own pack and the token number is 201187. But on 03.04.2019 the company has activated their own pack (not useful and waste pack for me).

                          when i have contacted the company over phone the company is saying that some alignment is required in your antenna and our technician will visit and solve the issue. But now three days over and there is not solution for my problem.

                          If any alignment is required to see the channel as per my wish, then the company can solve the issue in February itself, when i have initially selected by pack. But how the company has change my exiting pack to a unwanted or waste pack with having proper arrangement.

                          I need immediate solution for my problem, since the company is charging same amount from me since 03.04.2019 with out providing my own pack.

                          Since i have already shared my VC Number, company is still playing games and diluting their fact of not attending the issue. They can easily know my mobile number with my VC number. It is almost 5 days and the issue is still pending. I am not happy with the company's response. If i have to rate the company performance i will give 0 rating.

                          Company should attend the issue immediately and also extend my validity date for the delayed days.

                              I am trying to change the default pack which they have put on me without my consent everytime i am calling they are telling different resolutions but not actually helping with issues. I have tried every possible way to reach out to them but nothing done. There sla is 24 hrs which was completed around 5 hours back.

                                This is to request that i informed dishtv regards low account balance notification on 23 jan... I made total of 5 calls, but the executive could not get it erect & even could not provide information & because of my busy schedule i could not contact dishtv in month of feb & march due to exams.... But the problem was there, but when u call now no resolution was provided
                                All the three months my balance from my account was deducted but i could not enjoy service, i contacted several times dishtv in april but no proper resolution is provided
                                Dishtv is clearly cheating customer, as u can see in these days a single day i was unable to watch tv

                                So i want compensation for my loss from 23 of jan 2019 - 2nd of april 2019

                                  Sir my dth provider dish tv provide me information about my pack that if i recharge with an amount of 957 i will get 3+1 months but after recharge my setup box i don't get 3 +1 months i submitted a complaint to my dth provider but they don't take seriously. They told me always wait for 24 hours but they take 16 days from submitted my complaint.

                                    Today (4-apr-2019), dish tv through its 'sms' platform sent me a message saying that i/we have been migrated to their new plan (Without seeking our consent!) as per the trai guidelines (Wrong interpretation made by company to suit its way) with revised monthly plan/package for rs.327/- per month, and that they reduced our overall validity period by 53 days. Since we prefer and pay yearly subscription in advance (On renewal date). Please guide us where we should escalate?
