Vc number [protected]. This has become completely a joke. You guys are totally fooling customers. I recharged my account and the other day that i m getting deactivation message and asking to recharge again. Moreover the main problem is when i am trying toll free numbers
[protected],[protected] they are putting the phone in a queue for 8 or 10 min and then cutting it off. I could never reach them. Their 8 min of waiting time is like an hour. I am listening that your current waiting time is 8 min and it is going on from last 15 minutes. This is really funny, isn't it?

    I Have recently Subscribed to DishTV DTH Service at my home, even after paying for my favorite channels I am not able to View many Paid as well as Free Channels, I have complained to my Local DishTV office but they have not solved my problem, they even dont receive my call, I call the Technician Directly but he is also not responding, Pls Help

      My dishtv with the vc number [protected] is not working since 23/02/2019. I still have balance in my account and my next recharge is on 07/04/2019. Receiver is showing "102 no account balance". I have switched on and switch off the receiver so many times as per the instructions from the customer care. Also unable to move to the channel to 96 as instructed by the cutomer care. I am attaching the picture of the screen which is displayed now.. Kindly do the needful. Kindly rectify the problem and solve it.

At the very least, i was expecting a call from your customer support within few hours regarding the scheduling of installation (As advertised).

            displaying 102. no account balance. but i have balance

            My dishtv with the vc number [protected] is not working since 23/02/2019. I still have balance in my account and my next recharge is on 07/04/2019. My tv screen is displaying "102 no account balance". I have switched on and switch off the receiver so many times as per the customer care instructions. Customer care is instructing to change the channel to 96. But from this screen i am not able to change my channels. I am attaching a picture...

            I am not getting correct response from customer care,
            My query is switch off date is 22/2/19- but i recharged on 15th feb for rs 100 but it got switched off on 22/2/19.
            Now when i switch on my tv it is showing account balance is low, asking to recharge. Done every thing but my channels not resumed it is switched off, asking to recharge.
            There is no technical problems either in stb box nor in antenna, it is working well still 20th feb,, from today morning i got this message on tv.
            You have not updated recharge done by me on 15th of feb, that's why it got switched off.

              Cannot register my mobile number with my vc no [protected], my mobile number is [protected]. Sent this msg dishtv rmn and recieved this msg in response.

              "your request cannot be processed as your number is not yet registered with us. To register your number just sms dishtv rmn to 57575. Thank you"

              Cannot recharge my connection due to this issue. Service switched off on 23 february.

                I had selected channels of my choice before 31st january 2019. And dish tv applied it, good there. But i want to change my choice as per new costs. But unable to do so, when i am trying to click on final submit button after making my choice nothing is happening (Other than that its suggesting me other packs which i don't like). I had invested 18-20 hours of time and tried nearly 15-20 times but dish tv not allowing me to do so. It allows to choos bouquets and channels but after selecting clicking on final submit button nothing happens. This is pathetic.

                  I am consumer of dishtv having the vc no-[protected]. I made a recharge of rs200 on 13 feb 2019 when my recharge date was shown by my tv was 17th feb 2019 then i changed my set up box on 14th feb. I paid all the amount regarding that on that day to the representative but now on 20th feb 2019 they swithed off my channels and deactivated my account when i called their coustomer care they are saying that when you changed the set up box your pack also changed to 371 even after this also if someone will calculate then i should get atleast 16 day of service but they just given me 6 day and now they are saying that to activate account i should recharge rs 371 and they are not listening to my complaint i have called them several times in these days. So please sir take some serious steps against them and give me my rights my contact no [protected]

I did this nearly 5 times n still it's in south all sports pack. I requested customer care executives to fix the issue. I have not received any positive response from them till date.                         My dishtv vc# [protected]. As per trai rules, we customers have facility to select our favourite channels packs. But dishtv guys are cheating customers by randomly adding packs to some customers vc just to increase their profit. I have sent multiple emails to [protected]@dishtv.in to remove the wrongly added packs but dishtv executives (Pankaj, devendra, kanika, deepak and gourav) are just replying to my mails without reading the issue. Sometimes they say that we have sent refresh command. Sometimes they say that if you wish to request for nto migration or make your a-la-carte channel then visit our care option.
                        I suggest guys not to opt dishtv service. It's better you go for other options.

                        GOVT MUST ASK DISH TV TO CLOSE BUSINESS OR HAND OVER TIS TO ANY OTHER EFFICIENT SERVICE PROVIDER.

                        LIKE MOBILE NOS PORTABILOTY-DIRECT TO HOME DISH TV SHOUD BE MADE PORTABLE IMMEDIATELY.

                          I have registered my choice thrice with dishtv but selected channels are not being shown. I have taken number which i got when i submitted the request successfully.
                          This is quite disappointing that user has to go through such a worst situation just to add couple of channels in the viewing list. I requested call back but they always put the call on hold instead of confronting the problems. This is absolutely ridiculous. I even emailed the issue to customer care but they said we will get back to me but no resolution nor anyone contacted me so far.

                            My package got disconnected after new trai rules got implemented. Only few channels somewhere 10 channels are available. After lot of effort reaching d2h customer care i was always told the system is down or disconnected intentionally, a very poor etiquette. After writing few mails i was instructed to activate online which i followed hopping the problem will get resolved. But in vain the problem still persists. Neither the dealer, d2h area service engineer nor customer care ever contacted to resolve the problem.

                            I now want refund of my entire recharged amount which i paid for the entire year. Also need the d2h set up box to removed & pay me the amount paid for the set up box.
                            These are the demands which i have made to customer which were taken lightly.

                            I am only left with option of getting the service out of my home or file a case in consumer court for my rights.

                              Dishtv wouldnt allow me to migrate to nto as per trai ruled. Their website & mobile app is not working after hitting "submit" button. Inspite of my calls & mails, they are saying the same thing - "try again once more", "we will escalate your issue", "we are having technical issues". I have been following up since january when i made a pre-request. Now my bill is ₹925 per month. But if i migrate accorfing to trai, my bill will only be around ₹475. This complaint is my last try to get them to attend my issue. If they do not respond, i will literally throw the stb in the gutter & move on with some other provider like airtel or tata sky.                               Thank you fir resolving the issue. But iam really unhappy that it took so long to do so. Please don't let this happen in the future.
                              Most un professional, in efficient worse than any govt.department, FRUAD ORGANISATION.Phone calls are not answered, If answered-RUDE behaviour of call center operators, TOO MUCH OF BACK GROUND NOISE IN CALL CENTERS.

                              GOVT MUST ASK DISH TV TO CLOSE BUSINESS OR HAND OVER TIS TO ANY OTHER EFFICIENT SERVICE PROVIDER.

                              LIKE MOBILE NOS PORTABILOTY-DIRECT TO HOME DISH TV SHOUD BE MADE PORTABLE IMMEDIATELY.

                                Dear sir,
                                I selected the tv channels according to the new trai rules and requested to videocon d2h to show that these channels and the videocon d2h did not respond. I called sevaral time to videocon d2h customer care number but they denied to answer me and as per trai new ruls i requested to take request, but videocon d2h person forced me to take channels as per there choice. And also as per trai new ruls they are not working.

                                  I got a new connection of dishtv on 21st feb 2019. Installation was done on the same day. Connection activated today, i. E., on 22nd feb 2019.

                                  Now i am trying to register online using vc no.[protected].

                                  I've already tried several times but kept getting following error message :

                                  "oops! Your no. Is not registered with us. Please use your registered mobile no./ vc no. To login. To register your mobile no. Sms dishtv rmn [vc no] to 57575"

                                  So, already sent 8-10 sms for the same. And every time getting the below message,

                                  "your request cannot be processed as your vc number is yet to be verified. Please resend your request once your contact details are verified."

                                  And like this, i've wasted rs. 30-33/- for sending the sms.

                                  I request you to kindly provide access to dishtv my account as early as possible.

                                  Thanks and hope the problem will be solver earlier.

                                    I have selected my channel pack on dated 19/02/2019 but my pack was not activated. I will call to customer care too many time but there was not taken any action. Even i take screen shot of token no. And send it to [protected]@dishtv.in for tow times but yet my channel pack not activated.
                                    Please take my complaint against dish tv company

                                      I had made payment of rs. 130 on[protected] morning. But it is not reflecting in my account. Please solve this issue urgently
