DishTV — टीवी पुरे माह तक नही चलना

महोदय मै हर माह २५० रु का सुपरफेमिली पैक रीचार्ज कराता हु पर रीचार्ज १२ या १५ दिन चलता है ऐसा लगभग ६ माह से हो रहा है अभी दिनाक १५-२-२०१५ २५० रु का रीचार्ज कराया परन्तू अगली रीचार्ज की २७-२-२०१५ दिखा है जब्कि पुरे माह चलना चाहिए मजबूर हो कर DishTV बन्द करना पडेगा

कई बार शिकायत करने बाद भी सही नही होता
I have a viewer card no.[protected] and opted for Super GOLD Pack of monthly subscription of 250/- + Service Tax.But since last 2 months the service is being deactivated before completing a month.

I am recharging my account each month through online banking.
Please do the needful and revert me on my e.mail: [protected]@gmail.com
I have already recharge today i.e 22.03.15 through online banking for Rs.280/-
