[Resolved] DishTV — Change in Channel pack without any information | |||
Hi Dish tv team my name is Khemchand and my VC No. is [protected] and I am facing some channel package issue since last two weeks and i have already log a complaint at your customer care but i didn't get any solution and my complaint number is[protected] which i have log in last week and one of your executive Ishita told me that my problem will be solve in 24 hours but so far no information or solution from Dish TV side and i have already explain all my issue but i am again putting some detail here. I have two connection at my home of Dish TV and I was using my family pack which is costing 430 INR for both the connection for a month and recently i have upgrade one of my SD connection into True HD+ on 31st Oct and before that i have recharge my account on 16th Oct by 430 INR so according to my channel plan it should be sufficient for a month for both the TV but when i have upgrade my set top box on the same day (31st Oct) all my balance gone suddenly and no body from your Dish tv inform that by changing the box our package will also change automatically as i want just to upgrade my set top box not my current package so without my knowledge you people charge excess amount from my and that's why you stop my services on 3rd Nov. due to insufficient balance but as per my package my recharge data should be around 15th Nov so i have all you service center team and explain about my issue and i have again recharge by 430 INR which is also going to finish soon because you are charging for the services which has not started from my permission and your team automatically started without my knowledge so i am not liable to pay any extra amount for these services and additional channel which you have started so i want my money back into my account which you have charges in excess from my side during 1st Nov to till today and please also convert my current package back to the older one (430 INR for one month for both connection) Regards Khemchand Saini [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
