[Resolved] DishTV — changing of switch off date | |||
Respected sir/madam I have a dish tv connection. My vc no. Is [protected]. I recharged on december 2018 for 6 months on an offer. As per it, my switch off date is 21/06/2019. After emerge enter of trai rules i enquired customer care about my account in dish tv. They told to continue till the offer gets over and do the next recharge as per trai rules. Today i received a reminder message from dish tv saying that the switch date is 18/05/2019 And to recharge. I called to the customer care and asked about it. They didn't give me an appropriate and valuable answer which made me tensed a lot. But my tv is still showing the switch off date as 21/06/2019.
