I have recharged using my master card debit card online on 20th may'19.amount of Rs200 was deducted from my bank account but recharge information not yet updated in dish TV.plz put my amount back in my bank account.i hav also provided the pic of my bank statement and my vc no.is[protected]

    I bought new connection of DISH TV HD on 1st-May-2019. Installation was done on same day. and confirmation message received to RMN as well.

    On 2nd-May-2019 i am trying to register online using VC no and RMN.

    I tried several time but i always get following error message :
    "oops! Your no. Is not registered with us. Please use your registered mobile no./ vc no. To login. To register your mobile no. Sms dishtv rmn [vc no] to 57575"

    I request you to kindly provide access to dishtv my account as early as possible.
    Thanks and hope the problem will be solver earlier.

    My existing RMN is +91-[protected].

    This is the one I register during CV activation. But unable to sign in thorough online. Please do needful. So I can use easily for channel's activations accordingly. Thank you.

    I sent RMN with CV number to 57575 but still not activated for me as well. Photos are attached for your reference..

    My monthly statement shows too much extra deductions which seems not genuine. Several complaints have been made to customer care but they are not able to explain. Can I expect some addressing through this?

    Now the customer care has learnt new tricks. Repeatedly emailing since last 2 days that your contact numbers are not reachable whereas both the contact numbers given to them are working absolutely fine.

      My dish tv connection with vc no [protected] has been out of service since 5th may 2019. Even after repeated complaints and daily assurance ranging from service being restored in 96 hours, 73 hours and we are sending technician tomorrow. No one has showed. They are providing the service free of cost for cyclone fani but people have getting their service restored by paying 200 amount. They are do discriminatory service on the basis of payment. On the top of this, balance is being deducted from my account. I am not able to get the service, still paying and no one is giving a home visit. Need an immediate resolution

        My Dish TV connection with VC no [protected] has been out of service since 5th May 2019.           My Dish TV set top box was not working on 14-May and I logged a complaint for the same with DishTV customer care for STB replacement for the charges as stated by them under complaint/reference number[protected]. They informed that service provider will resolve this issue in 24 hours by doing a home visit and replacing the box.

          It's been more than 5 days and I still have not received any communication from the service provider. Every time I call their customer care, they apologies and give me an assurance that it is escalated and will be addresses as soon as possible. But to my disdain, no action has been taken yet. I outreached them on their SM handle on twitter too, but I still have not received any calls from any of them.

          Please help me in this regard.

            Hi dish tv,
            Even i am facing same issue, my vc number is [protected]. Seems like you are using this gimmick to fool customers by not allowing them to submit their final pack. Trai shuold take legal action against such corrupt practices, i face this issue both on desktop application and in app in smart phone,
            All other operators seems to follow moral guidelines and not resort to such cheap gimmicks. Please correct this asap.

              Customer care is refusing to make refund the same.

                I have purchased dishnxt hd new connection and paid rs 1590 on 5th may 2019. Even after two weeks i have not received any call or message regarding the installation of dish. I have been calling the customer care since one week, every time i explain my issue, the customer service representative either puts me on hold saying we are transferring the call to senior and then hangs up or raises a request to get a call back from them asap. I never received a call back from them till now and nor the issue is resolved.

After emerge enter of trai rules i enquired customer care about my account in dish tv. They told to continue till the offer gets over and do the next recharge as per trai rules. Today i received a reminder message from dish tv saying that the switch date is 18/05/2019br...

                  I lodged no signal complain on 10 may 2019. Today 16 may 2019 still I am not able to view. Problem persists. On 10 th customer care executive said it will be resolved in 24 hrs. After 24 hrs when contacted they said it was rescheduled to 72 hrs. I waited 72 hrs but no result. When I once again contacted they told me it once again rescheduled to 96 hrs. Within this time frame they did not contacted me once. Everytime time I used to call customer care number and wait for atleast 5 mins to be connected with executive. I mailed them about the problem many. I only got system generated mail informing your issue will be solved in 24 hrs.
                  Still they are not in touch with me. Or they are not giving me any reply to mails except those are system generated. Also mailed to their CEO through dishtv web page "mail to CEO" . Here also I got complain number and system generated mail or nothing. They are doNg nothing only giving system generated mail. I recharged it for the full month. Now I am not using it due to their in competency. Then who will pay my money.

                    My dishtv with the vc number [] is not working since 15/05/2019. I still have balance in my account and recharge done on 12/05/2019. My tv screen is displaying "102 no account balance". I have switched on and switch off the receiver so many times as per the customer care instructions. Customer care is instructing to change the channel to 96. But from this screen i am not able to change my channels. Kindly do the needful. Kindly rectify the problem and solve it.

                    When calling dish tv customer care, suggesting to check with technician. W welcome channel and advertising channels are working at startup

                    I tried reaching customer care number [protected] and they told they refreshed from there end and no issue found.

                    Suggested to check with technician with my cost. What kind of resolution it is?

                    Welcome channel and dist tv channels are working properly and there is no signal related issues.
                    If any issues with dish tv card or account sync issue I cannot spend money.

                          Dear sir/ madam,

                          I am using dish tv dth service since 2015 (Vc#[protected]) and i haven't faced any major problem till 2019 may. I have recharged my dish tv account on may 6th (Before switch off date) with rs.200. And after 3 days onwards, when stb is powered it comes with 102 error, saying vc is deactivated because of low balance.

                          When i checked my balance in www.dishtv.in, it says rs.173 is remaining and the switch of date is june 5th 2019.

                          When i called dish tv customer care, they are forcing me to arrange a paid technician visit and also they are asking to change the stb at additional cost. I feel its kind of prejudice action from dish tv to make additional money.

                          Last month also, when i called customer care for knowing the details of their 'active services', at that time also they forced to send a technician's visit to fix the alignment. I asked why it is needed as i get all the channels. Then they had no answer.

                          Kindly request you to resolve this matter at the earliest.

                            I have a signal issue and raised a complaint about the same. They don't respond and simply close the ticket. This issue is in pending for more than six months. I never saw such worst customer service with any other company. Just for antenna alignment, i have been waiting for so long. I will be switching to some other service provided. So please try to avoid using dishtv dth. They are simply looting people. Fraud company.

                              I have complained to dish tv customer care for signal not comming on 9.05.2019. Complain no[protected].. I have talked to customer care several times. Daily 3 times. The same response is till now that our service team will send technician by today evening. Everyday the same thing i m listening. Also i have to pay 200 service charge to technician for this issue but still no 1 is coming. Now i have not seen any channel from 9.5.2019 till now and for how many more days it will continue i dont know.                                 I have relocated from hyderabad to bangalore and raised a complaint on 12-may-2019 to re-install the dish tv. Dishtv executive informed me that within 1hr issue will get resolved and have followed up with several times. Its more than 48 hrs still my issue is open. Today morning i got a call from service engineer but he is from hyderabad. Just few mins ago again i contacted to the customer care (Anil kumar), he informed that service team is busy so dropped an email to the service team. Even the same thing was told yesterday by other representative. How careless the dish tv team? I don't know whether executives are able to understand the customer's complaints/needs. If they would have understood then i should have get a call from hyderabad and unnecessary they will keep call on hold saying they will transfer to supervisor when i asked them to connect to floor manager they will immediately deny saying they are busy on other calls.

                                  I did an online payment on saturday[protected] for a new connection.
                                  No one called till date from technical team i. E[protected].

                                  The customer care is so irresponsible and they couldn't even retrieve my details with my registered mobile number.

                                  When first called, they informed that installation would get done within 24 hours. I hope they resolve the issue asap and would like more customer friendly care.

                                    I call dishtv customer care for temporary de-activation of dth service, but they said that as per trai rules there will be charges for temporary de-activation as per below tariff.

                                    If less than 90 days there will 25 rs and for more than 90 days there will be 100 rs charges and this is as per trai.

                                    But as per the below document from trai authorized website. There is no charges for temporary suspension of service. Faq no. 38.
