I lodged no signal complain on 10 may 2019. Today 16 may 2019 still I am not able to view. Problem persists. On 10 th customer care executive said it will be resolved in 24 hrs. very poor service from dish tv dth company

I have a signal issue and raised a complaint about the same. They don't respond and simply close the ticket. This issue is in pending for more than six months. I never saw such worst customer service with any other company. Just for antenna alignment, i have been waiting for so long. I will be switching to some other service provided. dish tv is charging for temporary deactivation and misleading customer saying they are following trai rules for this charges.

I call dishtv customer care for temporary de-activation of dth service, but they said that as per trai rules there will be charges for temporary de-activation as per below tariff.

If less than 90 days there will 25 rs and for more than 90 days there will be 100 rs charges and this is as per trai.

But as per the below document from trai authorized website. There is no charges for temporary suspension of service....
