DishTV — channel no 1259 channel not working

I am unable to view tv9 channel.
Previously 1259 channel was working but now channel is not working.

I am a consumer of dish tv since many years. All channels are running good except tv9 channel.
My complain is that i am unable to watch tv9 channel although its part of my pack.


Several times i tried to contact dishtv to solve the problem but i didn't got any response.
Please try to solve my problem

Kindly check whether this channel is part of my pack or not.

As per our telephonic discussion on the number 7905164108, we informed you that the India Cricket Hindi HD Add On pack has been deactivated from your DishTV account with effect from 6th April 2020. Moreover, to allow timely updation, please switch off your Set up box.

I have done a recharge of 2796 but my money deducted from my account but it didn't reflected in my account

Dish tv not showing Ramayan on dd national last three days on morning my family is so upset my children is also disappointed.i request to government take a action on this matter

We would like to inform you that if your account is in active status and you are still not able to see DD National channel, kindly give a missed call on 1800-270-2102 to refresh your account. Ensure that your STB is SWITCHED ON - on channel 96 for updation.

I have non stop pack and it's showing dd national channel and when I press 193 then it's jump on 197 DD BHARTI MY CONTACT NO [protected]
