[Resolved] DishTV — complaint regarding coupan offer

Sir, i have purchase dishtv multi connection paid amt rs.3250/- and company installed the dishtv connection and given me a rs.2000 two gift coupan. One week has been passed but iam unbale to use this coupan till to date. I also contact customer care helpline [protected] through telephone and email a lot of time, but no positive action taken by dishtv helpline. I also request to dishtv kindly refund my amount rs.3250/-or coupan amount rs 4000/- add in my dishtv connection a/c. But he told me that amount is not refund or adjust. So you are requested kindly look into the matter personally and refund my amount. Kindly reply me as soon as possible on email id.
