[Resolved]  DishTV — compulsory 100 free channel

Sir i m dish tv dth customer my dishtv registered mobile is [protected].

Sir i contacted dish tv customer care executive mr. Khan on[protected] and asked that in rs.130 pack i i want to make my choice of 100 chhanels (25 dd chhanel+ fta *+ paid chhanels) bur they replied that 100 fta chhanel has been decided by them and you can not change in it. Respected sir i like to draw your attention to suggestive packs prepared by trai published on www.trai.gov.in (Trai website) in which they have suggested packs of 100 chhanels like (1] 25 paid +75 fta channel =100 (2) 27 paid +73 fta chhanels= 100 (3) 28 paid +72 fta= 100 (4) 42 paid + 58 fta=100 (5) 13 paid + 87 fta =100

In view of above, it is very much clear from above suggestive pack of trai that customer can take 100 chhanels of their own choice (25 dd channels mandatory) either free to air or paid channels with rs. 130 pack
However, their executive mr. Khan has refused to take advance request with my choice of 100 chhanels in rs.130 pack. However as stated above trai has already permitted to make choice of own to select fta / paid channels in list of100 chhanels of rs. 130 pack.

Requested sir to order dish tv to allow me to make my choice of channels in rs.130 pack.

Even Videocon is doing like this.. when i select few desired channels the sum.is going upto 200 rs
