[Resolved]  DishTV — Discontinue viewing channel without intimation the reason to customer

I am a Dish TV customer since 2006 and my VC number is [protected], It has been observed that the DishTV discontinue the viewing channel without intimating any reason to customer. The customer care representative also do not give any satisfactory replay. For the example.
Earlier Dishtv discontinue the channel "TARA Bangla" without any reason and recently they have discontinue the "CTBN bangla" from the package.
Moreover the amount taken for this package has not also been adjusted with extra days in the my validity.
I am objecting the same and management of dish tv is requested to do the needful

Please make broadcast all channel in your service which are available in India, so as to customer to choose out of the same and pay for it. Your marketing department should not decide the channel to be shown as per the profit ratio and also do not make any group/package for any channel. All the Channel must be available as the single channel with its cost. You can make a minimum number of channel to be chosen criteria in your package.
