[Resolved]  DishTV — dish tv dish tv my true hd connection issue is not solved after subscription 30 days over also subscription fee 546 is not refunded..

Dear trai please give solution for my connection.

They are not active my connection 3 months my recharge amount 546. Rupees also not re-funded. My setup box is purchased[protected] working. Now they told to change the hd true recording box is faulty. But error will shows like connection in deactivate mode. But support team told like box faulty.

I don't what fault in box..

But they simple call to me and ask like new issue..

I have asked several times to answer here.. But no response.

Trai also not supporting this about this issue.

If i ask the subscription amount dishtv care told no refund. I have dishtv policy about not refund rules. But they are not ready to answer her with link..

First don't go and buy dishtv

They are fooling people.. After buying connection.. Its happened to me..

After complaints here they are keep silent no use here.. Also

First stop buying dishtv..

My recharged amount not refundable.

But there is no policy in this mail.

letter pad with address and who will in charge for this decession
