[Resolved] DishTV — dish tv is not working its showing no balance | |||
My dish tv with the vc number [protected] is not working since 27/06/2019. I still have balance in my account more then 2000rs and my next recharge is on september 2019. My tv screen is displaying "102 no account balance". I have switched on and switched off the receiver so many times as per the customer care instructions. Customer care is instructing to change the channel to 96. But from this screen, i am not able to change my channels. I already call the customer care they said they have refreshed my account and ask me to switch off and on and wait for 15 minutes yet it's not working My mail id is wi.
