They even nit check my status asking again to recharged..

dishtv care.. irresponsible answers there not able give the here. Blaming customer's easily through calls and mails again and again 20 days same story answer's . Target is money ... Please look into this issue. I have attached my account recharged by me before 20 days still not active my truehd connection.

As per your telephonic conversation with our regional team, all the
relevant information regarding service visit and hardware related charges
has been shared with you.
Moreover, you have refused to pay the charges of hardware along with
service visit. Whereas your connection is out of warranty hence you need
to pay the charges.
Furthermore, you can contact us as below whenever you want to place your
request then we would be glad to assist you at that time.
Additionally, currently your VC status is deactivated hence you need to
recharge it. You can recharge your VC with minimum of Rs. 100/- in which
processing fee of Rs. 25/- along with 3 days pay later service will be
applicable as per your daily burn rate from next recharge amount.
