DishTV — dish tv switch off

I am dish tv customer vc no[protected] since more than 10 years old, i have recharged dist tv on 25.07.2019 for rs. 300.00 and next due date of recharge 04.09.2019 but today my dish connection stop and message appear your dish tv de activate due to low balance.
I contact customer care of dish tv and they also confirm that due date 04.09.2019 but till my connection not starts.

Very bad customer service I have complaint on 31.07.2019 regarding de-activate dish TV due to low balance where as amount of recharge lying in my a/c on 25.07 2019 but system shows due date 31.08 2029 where as actual next recharge charge as confirm by customer service department .
Very sham to dish TV, I pray for your future as in such circumstances your company not service in today market.
